Dr. Najem has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics since 1996! He earned his dental degree from Ohio State University before completing specialized post-graduate training, as well as receiving a master's degree, in orthodontics from Case Western Reserve University. An esteemed member of the orthodontic community, he is an active member in many leading dental organizations, including the American and Ohio Dental Associations, the American and Great Lakes Associations of Orthodontists, and the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists. In his spare time, Dr. Najem enjoys fishing, golfing, bike riding, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Lehky has been providing top-notch orthodontic care to her community for over 15 years! She completed her dental studies at Ohio State University, then completed her orthodontic training at the Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Lehky is a valued member of the dental community. She is a published author, a noted lecturer to local dental societies, and an active member in many top dental organizations, including the American and Ohio Dental Associations, the American and Great Lakes Associations of Orthodontists, and the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists. She also gives back to her community through participation with the Paul Harris Fellowship, the Cortland Rotary Club, Relay for Life, and other events and organizations. When not in the office, Dr. Lehky enjoys skiing, gardening, bike riding, and spending time with her family, including her two children, Jonathan and Alexandra.

I've been in the dental field for over 30 years. Upon my graduation from college, I returned to my native Akron to begin my career. I practiced in the sameoffice for over 25 years. This experience allowed me to form lifelong friendships with my patients. That has been invaluable to me. It has been a truly rewarding experience! I am looking forward to bringing my experience to Drs. Najem & Lehky Orthodontics and working with all of the wonderful families!
I came to Drs. Najem & Lehky's practice in May of 2012 as their orthodontic assistant and orthodontic lab technician. I love working and interacting with patients while providing a great orthodontic treatment experience. Our office has a lot of fun and I feel very lucky to be part of this team.

I really enjoy working with the New Patients during their New Patient Examination, introducing them to the options available to give them a healthy beautiful smile at the end of treatment and then with all of our patient's as part of the clinical team during the course of treatment.
