Dr. Najem has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics since 1996! He earned his dental degree from Ohio State University before completing specialized post-graduate training, as well as receiving a master's degree, in orthodontics from Case Western Reserve University. An esteemed member of the orthodontic community, he is an active member in many leading dental organizations, including the American and Ohio Dental Associations, the American and Great Lakes Associations of Orthodontists, and the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists. In his spare time, Dr. Najem enjoys fishing, golfing, bike riding, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Lehky has been providing top-notch orthodontic care to her community for over 15 years! She completed her dental studies at Ohio State University, then completed her orthodontic training at the Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Lehky is a valued member of the dental community. She is a published author, a noted lecturer to local dental societies, and an active member in many top dental organizations, including the American and Ohio Dental Associations, the American and Great Lakes Associations of Orthodontists, and the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists. She also gives back to her community through participation with the Paul Harris Fellowship, the Cortland Rotary Club, Relay for Life, and other events and organizations. When not in the office, Dr. Lehky enjoys skiing, gardening, bike riding, and spending time with her family, including her two children, Jonathan and Alexandra.

I've been in the dental field for over 30 years. Upon my graduation from college, I returned to my native Akron to begin my career. I practiced in the sameoffice for over 25 years. This experience allowed me to form lifelong friendships with my patients. That has been invaluable to me. It has been a truly rewarding experience! I am looking forward to bringing my experience to Drs. Najem & Lehky Orthodontics and working with all of the wonderful families!
I came to Drs. Najem & Lehky's practice in May of 2012 as their orthodontic assistant and orthodontic lab technician. I love working and interacting with patients while providing a great orthodontic treatment experience. Our office has a lot of fun and I feel very lucky to be part of this team.
I'm happy and excited to be working for Drs. Najem & Lehky Orthodontics.I've been working in orthodontics now for 14 years with 2 of those years here with Drs. Najem & Lehky. I really enjoy working with the New Patients during their New Patient Examination, introducing them to the options available to give them a healthy beautiful smile at the end of treatment and then with all of our patient's as part of the clinical team during the course of treatment. We have a lot of fun here making beautiful smiles.

After having a bad experience with my son in another orthodontist's office, I decided to bring my daughter to Dr. Lehky in Cortland. This was a great decision because everyone in the office is very friendly and very professional. Dr. Lehky took a lot of time to explain the process and the cost was much better in this office as well. I highly recommend this office!

Amazing staff! I would recommend anyone to have Dr. Najem & Lehky give you the smile that you always wanted. I used them twice!!! Always wear your retainers. Great friendly staff . No long waiting time in the waiting room.

I switched to Drs. Najem and Lehky three years ago from a different orthodontist and I am so happy that I did. They are both very personable and professional even with their very young clients. I've been to both the Cortland office as well as the Fairlawn office and both are ran in the same way and have the same inviting atmosphere. The entire office staff is very kind and understanding especially with my slightly unusual circumstances (I'm almost 20, attending college 1.5 hrs away and will get my braces off this December). Both offices are very organized and very clean and easy to navigate. Both offices are small and inviting and are in no way cluttered. I recommend both the Cortland office and the Fairlawn office. I'm more than happy with my experience!

They are great about answering anything I might ask. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly with us. I appreciate that the receptionists work with getting the appointment time you need and we never have to wait long, and has no problem working around any things that come up. The staff, the receptionist, and the doctors were all very helpful and kind! They helped work around my schedule with school and after school activities. They helped with so many different questions I had about braces! My teeth look wonderful too! I have and will continue to recommend to my friends.
