I absolutely love Dr. Patel and his staff at the Beavercreek office. Dr. Patel is so professional and his mannerisms and genuine concern for his patients are second to none. He has made me truly feel like I belong and it's like a big family there. I love the way Dr. patel takes all the time you need to make sure he has answered all of my questions and has explained everything to me no matter how long it takes. I can tell he REALLY cares and understands my concerns, needs and wants. His staff made me feel important and that my concerns do matter. His staff was wonderful from greeting me and answering my questions and made me feel so welcome. I won't go any where else for my dental needs because I trust Dr Patel and his staff tremendously! Thank you all!

Huge, HUGE shout out to my amazing Dentist Dr. Tim Richter of Fairfield Family Dentistry! He fixed my front tooth to a perfect match. I had a traumatic pool accident in high school and needed a front tooth crown after. I've hated it for so many years, it was like a neon sign to me in every picture. Now, thanks to Dr. Tim and his exceptional work, you can't tell any longer!

My daughter went here for a cleaning and since my daughter is 13 I had to sit and wait for her. Sad as my daughter is growing older, but they made me feel so comfortable about it. It was ultimately my choice, but I felt that is was good for her to do so. I felt my daughter was in good hands and they made her feel great about her visit. You could tell they where a bit short staffed, but they where incredibly nice and kind to everyone about it. Front desk and hygienist where incredibly kind and my daughter enjoyed her visit and was excited to come back to talk more musicals. Would highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and staff. Clean, friendly and orderly staff. The Dentist is very personable. He makes going to the dentist a non scary appointment. He is very informative and his work is of great quality. Trust me you will love your smile!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Appointment was easy and quick and waiting time was only 5 minutes. The waiting room was Comfortable & clean and and the Exam room was also clean and sanitary. Beth gave me the best teeth cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Joe was very pleasant, friendly and did a thorough exam. Really like this place!

The lobby was clean, staff was very friendly they were prompt with what my case detailed.Set my appointment up with my next visit.Smile is what l want to be able to do, and their going to make it happen. I'll see you soon.

Yesterday was my first dental visit with Dr. Joe. My total visit from the beginning to end was exceptional. I want to Especially thank Denise for her cheerful and professional help with my insurance and scheduling issues . Cheryl, the hygienist, helped make me feel at ease and she was very thorough and pleasant . Dr. Joe was a delight and helpful in his assessment of my dental care. I was overwhelmed, I lost a silver crown one evening. ( it was a very old cap )The day after, I thought I would stop in to see when they could see me. After looking up my record, they asked if I had a little time to spare. OK I did, and they said, the Dr will see you in a few minutes. I waited about 10 minutes and they took me to a chair, Dr. came in and said I can put it back in now. WOW! OK I was done in about 20 min with a great tooth FIXED!
