Confirmed my appointment and when I came in they cancelled my appointment without notice. What a waste of my PTO time that I can't get back. I'm actively looking for another dentist.

Never had a cavity in my life. Came here after a change in insurance. I was told I had 3 cavities. I didn't believe so I went elsewhere to get a second opinion and sure enough, zero cavities and I had the dentist triple check. Guy at the front desk is helpless too. If you're new there, they'll tell you to call your own insurance to have them added. This place is a joke

Dentist was curt and disconnected. They are short staffed there for they rush patience through. This was the last chance I gave them. Also overpriced I found other dentist with similar background and more vested in their business that used only me benefits no out of pocket. My very last experience was over a bill they improperly processed. They went from friendly to agreessive and argumentative. If you disagree regardless if your right they will call police. YOU ARE WARNED!

Shady dental office I would steer clear from them and find another dentist! Way overpriced and the communication between the front staff, Monique and dentists is non-existent Had to wait over an hour to talk to someone and was not called back. This is exactly the kind of services the group of dentists provide. STEER CLEAR there are quite a few great dentists in Fairfield/Vacaville .

When I initially began coming here I loved it and would recommend this place to anyone looking for dental care. When I began the process of getting braces earlier this year which included some tooth extractions (wisdom teeth as well) is when things started to go down hill. I received poor care and treatment and even though I understand that they are going through a transition, the patient shouldn't be the one that suffers. The oral surgeon didn't make me feel comfortable during my tooth extraction and there was no follow up unless I initiated it. During my last dentist appointment I received the roughest, most heavy-handed dentist I have ever experienced. The latest situation that has added to the poor overall treatment is that one of my brackets broke and I can't get an appointment to fix it for 2 weeks. Also, when I had some other issues with my braces earlier on they made me feel like I shouldn't have come in but instead should have called and that the issue was no big deal. I am new to braces, I don't know what is a major issue and what can be held off. I was initially told whenever I have a problem I can call in or stop by but when I actually did it, I received a weird attitude and negativity for it. I am truly disappointed and when I voiced that, I was basically told a lot of people are in my position and there is nothing they can do. So, I am in the search for a different office. I hope your experience is better than mine.

There should be an option for zero stars. This office canceled my sons appointment twice due to their staff shortage. His appointment was pushed back 2 weeks. I am understanding but they brushed off the inconvenience with no care at all. Their apologies were insincere. Unfortunately our family (not our son) was affected with Covid so they were quick to cancel the only appointment they were able to keep. They wanted to reschedule his appointment for 2 weeks out AGAIN. Don't bother with this office and try any other place.

I had an appointment last week for a teeth cleaning with my hygienist, Andrew. He did a great job, leaving my teeth feeling smooth and clean:). He also provides great advice on keeping them that way.

My daughter went there in pain, they saw her and sent her on her way no antibiotics for the infected tooth nothing being done. They gave her a quote for a crown that is not covered by our insurance $1400. She was very upset.. I spoke to the dentist the next which my daughter did like she was very nice. Dentist said there was a misunderstanding in her treatment and called in antibiotics for her in the mean time. I requested a new quote, I was sent another at $1100 which we are double covered so not understanding why it's so expensive!! I told Rubelio I'd like another quote that has options our insurance covers he said he didn't have time that day that he do it next day. I am still waiting over a week later I email him 3 time no response!!! I finally spoke to Cynthia today she was very helpful but overall completely bad service and they upsell your treatment they are more concerned with money then care!

I am very pleased with this Dental Office, I had an Emergency Appointment for a Bridge to be done, because I lost my bottom front tooth. Dr. Joyce Pangilinan & Rubelio from the front desk made sure I was scheduled in for An Emergency Bridge to be done with Dr. Navneet Malhi, which by the way did an Excellent job on my Bridge, also she was very caring towards my health and concerns about my Front missing tooth. I also was very pleased with Vanessa RDA, she did an excellent job on making my Plastic temporary tooth, till I get the original ones made. I am thankful to Rubelio in the front office for setting up a payment plan for me to pay for my Bridge, also for Cynthia in the front desk for making all my future Dental Appointments. Thank God for all of you for letting me go home with a front tooth. You all made my day and night. Now I don't feel like the Toothless Mouse on Christmas Eve. You all played an Important part of my Dental Problem. You all deserve a Big Fat Raise. I will tell and refer all my friends, relatives and Family to this dental office. Worst dentist office never have appointment available Can't call back for emergency dentist even after told patients to they will call back and schedule appointment .. Went their 3 times for teeth cleaning not even once got my teeth cleaned everytime they will bring another treatments that going to cost more & won't cover by my insurance . do yourself favor and stay away from this place

I love Fairfield Dentist & Orthodontics as a whole but especially Dr. Patel! She took great care of me and made me feel so comfortable with all of the work I had to get done. My mouth was honestly a wreck and pretty embarrassing before I got their help. Over the course of a few months I've completed two teeth implants (one of which Dr. Joyce preformed.. love her too!!), two crowns, and removing all of my metal fillings for natural ones. Dr. Patel always made me feel like there was light at the end of the tunnel for my teeth. She is very professional, intelligent, and her dental work was VERY PAINLESS compared to other dentists offices I have visited, plus I LOVE that she recommends good toothbrushes and toothpaste to use. I get complements all the time on how good my teeth look and I've honestly never been so excited to visit the dentists until I met her. (p.s. I just read Susanas review on Dr. Patel and clearly she's a bitter woman in general because she leaves terrible reviews everywhere she goes if you check her review history)

This office is simply amazing. I got a dental cleaning and they did a splendid job! Dr. Patel and her staff care for their patients and are very skilled in their work. They made all of my dental anxiety go away and I couldn't be more thankful for all the work they do. Not to mention the front desk people, Rubelio and Cynthia, made the experience that much better!!! THANK YOU Dr. Patel, Sharon, and Iris! I can't wait to see you guys again!

My mother and father asked me to write their review for them about how impressed they are with Dr. Aditi Patel. As patients of Dr. Patel, she has done an amazing job with our dental work that a previous dentist could not complete. She is very friendly, caring and helpful as well as are her assistants Sharon and Iris. The staff at her front desk are also very kind as well. We are so happy we found Dr. Patel and her team!

Dr. Patel claimed I had 8 cavities, two possible root canals and questioned why other dentists (two at separate times) did not catch all this! After a nearly two hour expero of her filling one cavity ( she kept taking g breaks and complained to hygienist that their mirrors were in poor condition and she could not see in my mouth clearly). Very expensive recommendations. Discouraged after this experience, I went back to prior dentist of 15 years, as a cash patient, and he reviewed xrays, physical exam and my teeth HISTORY, and confirmed her very aggressive diagnosis was not correct! Whew! I had to get my teeth cleaned since Dr. Patel's office did a poor job. They also ignored swollen gum area, which my prior dentist treated! I did not need any root canals! Dissapointed, I would rather pay as a cash patient, get a good, experienced dentist ( she practiced as an inexperienced dentist fresh out of school!) and get quality dental care even if it means to pay cash as oppose to an incompetent dentist even under an insurance plan who raks up the charges!

I have severe dental anxiety. Add having to bring your child in only adds to that. My daughter needed some work. Even though they take my insurance, but are out of network, we are paying a bit more because of the staff. The pricing is reasonable, the staff very professional and my anxiety hasn't be elevated. We will continue coming here...we have found our dentist!
