Dr. Salmon earned his Dental Medicine Doctorate at Tufts University School of Dentistry in 1983. Following graduation, he joined the United States Air Force and completed a one year general practice residency at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. In 1991 he left active duty Air Force and joined the 419th Air Force Wing at Hill Air Force Base. At that same time he worked for FHP healthcare in Layton, UT. In 1998 he went into private practice with Clearfield Dental Care until 2006 when he moved into a new building in Layton and changed the name of the practice to Fairfield Dental Care. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family. Dr. Salmon and his wife have five children and currently reside in Layton, UT.
