Had another great visit to the dentist. I know lost would say there is no such thing but it surely helps when you have people that care enough to explain the entire process and make you as comfortable as possible. Well done Fairfield Dental!!!

After switching insurance, my dentist of 16 years or so did not accept the insurance provided through my workplace. So I searched for a new dentist asap as I was in pain. First, they were the ONLY place that answered the phone, answered my questions, and got me in the next day. Like most, I immediately went to the negative reviews to get an outlook on the downsides of this place. Even after booking, as preparation. However, my experience was nothing short of perfect. The staff is incredibly patient, kind, compassionate, and thorough. All the good reviews raving about Dr. Patel are true. He is incredible. This is my first experience where I didn't experience pain during a dental procedure. Due to covid and personal reasons, I had a wisdom tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. Dr. Patel did not just jump to remove them, but gave me the option to fix up the troublesome tooth. When reviewing the treatment plan, he and his staff were never condescending or judgemental of the situation I found myself in. They were thorough in their explanations and exam and worked to get me feeling better the same day. To just highlight how personable the staff truly is. After I received the local anesthetic, I started shaking pretty bad and my heart was racing. Dr. Patel and team did not look down at me or tell me to calm down. They calmly and gently reassured me that this was normal, especially since I had not yet eaten. They talked me through it until it was over. During the procedure, they let me have and encouraged plenty of breaks. The assistant (Carla), she was wonderful, kept me calm and cool through every step. If you have any dental anxiety, this is the place to go. They accept care credit for anything not covered by insurance. Honestly, it was a bit more than I expected BUT the quality of care was worth every penny. You get what you pay for here - quality, compassion, and thorough, professional dental care. Promise this is an honest review. I hate going to the dentist and I was blown away. This will now be our primary dentist!!

As always I enjoy coming in. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating when there are scheduling issues. They help sooth the mind of those like myself who has anxiety when it comes to having dental work done. Again A+

I love this place!!! There has not been one time I have gone there and did not feel at home. Mindy will always do what she can to help and make things easy for you. Dr. Ng and staff are always professional and you can tell they really care about their patients. I have an Autistic daughter with braces and let me tell you she has never had a problem. I love all of you and there is nothing you can do about it.

Wonderful experience. First visit for braces. They were able to get us in the next day for a visit then put braces on at that same appointment. Very nice staff and doctor.

Staff is professional and very friendly. Also, they were able to get me in on the same day for a chipped tooth. Best part was that I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 mins even though I arrived about 45 mins early for my appointment expecting to have to wait an hour!

This practice has been my dental care provider for the last 10 years. I have always been happy with their personalized care, patient communication, appointment schedule reminders and quality of service. Excellent visit! Went for one thing and ended up needing different service. Everyone was kind, caring, informative and patient. I tend to be fobic with dentists after 2 bad experiences. This was a wise choice .

We love Dr. Ng at Fairfield Orthodontics. My daughter had an impacted k-9 and Dr. Ng did not rush into surgery. He tried his best to let things happen naturally, which as a parent I really appreciated.

I am scared to death of the dentist, and had to have two teeth worked on in the same visit. Dr. Patel is awesome! I didn't feel a thing... he is very gentle, stopped several times to make sure I was not not feeling any pain or pressure. I would definitely recommend Fairfield Dental to everyone in the area.
