I was referred to Dr. Sanjari by one of his colleges. However, it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. From the moment I walked in his staff insisted on having dental X-rays taken which I refused to do since I had the dental x-rays taken a week before and it was sent to his office prior to my visit. After 45 minutes of waiting on dental chair, Dr.Sanari walked in and looked at my x-ray saying that he was not sure if the tooth could be fixed or if it had to be extracted unless a 3-D dental image was taken. The 3-D image was going to cost $400 out of my pocket since insurance would not cover it. He also mentioned that he had no treatment plan at the moment, and he needed to check with my insurance and find out about the total amount he could get from my insurance ... and then he left the room. The total time he spent to talk to me and look at the x-ray was less than 60 seconds and minutes later he sent one of his staff to get my agreement on a $3000 invoice when he had no treatment plan and didn't even know if he could fix it, would you sign the agreement ? I didn't , and I left his office and days later I realized that still he has billed my insurance $125 for diagnostic. I understand that dental work can be very expensive, but I would rather to go to a dentist who is caring and at least takes some time to explain my options and not someone who makes me feel that I am just a dollar sign.

I went to Dr. Sanjari for retreatments of two root canals . From the front desk, Maha, I believe, to Chelsea to Dr. Sanjari, they were all great, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Sanjari has been a colleague of mine for nearly 2 decades. He is extremely talented, honest, and diligent. His root canals are best described as "art". In addition, his office has state-of-the-art equipment. I consider it a privilege to have him as a colleague an the people of Fairfax will receive wonderful care in his hands.

Dr Sanjari was great. He did awesome work. He fixed my root canal that wasn't done correctly. In all reality I should have went to him first. He's VERY diligent and thorough. The Assistant, Chelsea is amazing. She's very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and just plain great to talk to. The environment is great, clean and you can tell right off the bat that the dental work will be done well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

As my first visit to Endodontist Dr. Sanjari office I was delighted to be received by a group of very kind, thoughtful and professional staff members. Everyone was so accommodating, friendly, and provided wonderful service. This facility looks new and very, very clean. They immediately put me at ease with their calm and sweet demeanor. The most remarkable part of my visit was that I observed the latest equipment & technologies used by Dr. Sanjari's which psychologically had a relieving and positive impact on me. Also, all the nurses along with Dr. Sanjari took the time to show me my problem areas on my x-rays, and the procedure and techniques was going to be used to perform my root canal. I truly recommend Dr. Sanjari and his team to anyone in need of highly skilled dental services.

I have an absolute fear of dentist, not to mention Endodontists, but Dr. Sanjari made me feel so at ease and despite a long day in the chair, we was reassuring and extremely kind the entire time. He has the state of the art equipment, an amazing fund of knowledge and superb skills. His entire staff is wonderful, kind and comforting. Absolutely the best in the region. You won't go wrong with him.

Dr Salar Sanjari and his Office Manager Maha were excellent in all respects. My root canal operation went from an extremely painful situation - to complete recovery. The equipment used is state of the art. I can highly recommend this Endodontist and his Office Manager.

I came to Dr Sanjari for a emergency root canal. I had a very painful infection and half of my face was swollen. Dr Sanjari was able to located the source of the infection very quickly. While he was working on the infected root, he always made sure that I was comfortable. I could tell that he was very experienced and had the most gentlest technique that I have ever experienced with any a dental doctor! After seeing him, I am pain free and back to normal. Thank you Dr Sanjari and staff!! You all did such an exceptional job of taking care of me. I can honestly say that my experience with you and your staff was above and beyond what I ever expected. Thank you!!!

Dr. Sanjari, Shar, and Jessica were incredibly helpful with an emergency dental situation involving my daughter. Despite it being right at closing time they made sure she was taken care of as soon as possible -- first and foremost Dr. Sanjari and Jessica made sure my daughter's teeth were going to be ok and gave me instructions as to what could be done to prevent aggravating the situation further, additionally all administrative issues were taken care of (by Shar) within minutes. It was the best possible care we could have wanted in a very short but intense/stressful situation, they all put my daughter (an 8 y/o) at ease with their calm attitudes and kind personalities. I couldn't recommend them enough.
