Dr. Sandra Glikman graduated from the University of Tucuman in 1995 with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She then completed the preceptorship program in endodontics at the University of California Los Angeles, then continued on to complete a residency in endodontics at Maimonides University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dr. Glikman later returned to the States to complete a general practice residency program at the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA.
Dr. Glikman is pleased to work in a friendly, professional environment that values using the most modern dental technology. To stay attuned to the latest innovations in dentistry, she regularly participates in a number of continuing education courses and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Northern Virginia Dental Association.

Dr. Glikman is so professional and kind. She explains everything to me every time I go and we discuss different options that I may have and decide on the best for My case. I have been her patient for four years now and I'm very happy with her. The staff in the front desk are always very nice and helpful as well.

Excellent staff and a terrific Dentist!-very through and goes that extra mile - very patient and caring... you will be very pleased with Dr. Glickman. She has moved to her new office away from where I live --- but her patient approach is magnetic -- you will not be disappointed! She and the whole staff are dedicated to Dentistry and their patients!

Don't go this office. I was told that my gums are bleeding and dirty and I needed deep cleaning and two fillings which costed about $2000 in total, and I did not buy it. They tried to keep contact me since then but I ignored. After 8 months, I visited another office for check up and they said I just need one filling for small cavity and deep cleaning is not needed.

Updated post- July 2022: I had yet another great experience at this dental clinic. I did cleaning and one crown. Both the crown and cleaning were done very well - professionally done! JanV did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth- such a light gentle touch (which I totally loved) and yet my teeth got perfectly cleaned! Thank you for doing an amazing job once again. New post- June 2021- had another great experience with this dental clinic! Highly recommended! April 2021- Received yet another wonderful professional service at this dental clinic. Everything is explained well. They follow all precautions necessary. Dr. Berrada is the best, her hands are light as if you are not being treated, and she always has a nice smile which can be gleaned from under the mask! The rest of the team show the same friendly and professional attitude- Anna and Susan and other members of the team ! Thank you all for the great work and services! May 2020 Post - New! Today was another great day at Fairfax Dental Esthetics. I was treated once again by a team of wonderful professionals with great service. I felt very safe and secure with their safety procedures in light of Covid-19 pandemic. They were all wearing masks and protection equipment and they had a questionnaire and took my temperature to make sure we are all safe! Everything is by appointment and there was no waiting in their lobby area. The only time I took out my own mask was when I sat down at the dental chair for treatment. The worth of your medical practice is in their ability to problem solve. From the front desk (Susan), the techs (Anna), and Dr. Gilkman everyone provides exceptional service that makes you feel taken care of and so much so that you remember their names. So far my financial experience with this practice has been amazing. I have never felt scalped for price and Susan provided detailed coat breakdowns for my crown and root canal. They even offer payment plans should you need it. I should also mention that I usually hate the dentist but that everyone here is highly trained and compassionate in what they do. When you find care like this it is a relief. Dr. Gilkman is in and out of your mouth like a ninja dentist. THANK YOU!

I love that place! The welcome desk was superb. And the Doctor was gentle. I didn't feel any pain. I was told for everything before any action. I had a broken tooth and it was handled beautifully. The assistant called me the next morning to check on me. I strongly RECOMMEND that place.

I suggest not purchasing a Groupon for this practice. They did not provide all that I paid for. After X-rays they tried to sell me a $1200 deep cleaning while I'm sitting in the chair. Extremely high pressure to do it right then and there. Sending a staff member to show me options was extremely awkward. When you say no they become really pushy to set up the appt. The hygienist was about to clean my teeth. Then she said it's not worth it cause they're really dirty and a deep cleaning needs to be done. She kept pressuring me to make the appt. After a lot of back n forth telling her I paid for a cleaning and I want it done she finally says ok. The really disturbing part was she never really cleaned my teeth but acted like she did. She used the ultrasonic on a small portion of my teeth, then polished them really quick. The entire cleaning lasted a few mins. She never used a pick or flossed my teeth. They looked the same as when I went in. The areas of concern could have been cleaned with a normal cleaning. Instead I had my time and money wasted.

Went in for wisdom teeth removal and to do some fillings. From the moment I walked in to the door to the moment I got out, the experience was great and very straightforward. The process took a total of 1 hour and the people who worked there were very nice and friendly. I would definitely go back for any sort of dental appointment in the future

Great experience with the office. Front desk miss Kathleen is very helpful. The dentist and the dental assistant is very professional. They took time to explain the treatment and treatment plan.
