Dr Nora and her team always do a great job and take great care of me every time I got for a visit. Have been going here for the past couple years and their service is top tier! Highly recommend

I hate to leave a bad review because the work was really good and I feel very comfortable with the dentist. I had some work done and paid in full each time. Out of nowhere I get a suprise bill for $1112.01 that said previous balance. So what does that mean? Calling is hard because we moved to India .20 min. I've called twice the billing person is never there calling back is impossible, but I've ask for an email response twice, but not email, just a repeat bill. I went to the website insurance company and several bills sent to them were unpaid because they didn't do as asked, either forms filled out wrong.... They are trying to bill me because they can't figure out how to properly bill the insurance company. My company (military tricare) told me not to pay it because I dont owe the money.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had a terrible experience with billing. I choose them for proximity and specifically because they are in-network for my insurance. Their intake paperwork never requested my primary insurance and waited until the bill was past the submitting deadline to notify me of an outstanding balance of over $130. I contacted my primary and secondary dental insurance and was informed the practice never submitted the required claim. I was in touch with the practice numerous times, their stance remained that I owed the full amount regardless of clear administrative failures on their end, especially not notifying me of the balance for over a year. During that time despite I had several other visits and paid co-pays for those visits. After posting a negative review, the person in charge of their social media responded and inferred I lied in my post. I provided pictures of my intake paperwork to prove my point. The business's social media response to my review was then changed. It was a massive headache to settle what was essentially a minor billing issue. The Owner/Dentist Dr Weaver eventually reached out and was very polite. She clearly cares about her business and how patients are treated. She was not made aware of the issue at first. Dr Weaver settled the outstanding bill (and provided a zero-balance bill upon request) and told me there was a disconnect between the billing people and her as the owner in this case. I'll note that despite my issues with the billing side, the skilled staff did an excellent job each time I visited. I have updated my rating to 3 stars and updated my post to keep it more concise.

This is a great dental office with excellent service. I've been going to Dr. Weaver since I was a kid and she's always been great. She and her staff are also very nice, professional, and helpful. I thankfully haven't needed any major dental work outside of cleanings, but in the chance that I would Dr. Weaver would be the first person I'd call. Also since COVID-19, the office has been very efficient with safety guidelines and keeping every patient safe. Fairfax Dental is definitely the place to go for the whole family's dental care!

This is a great dental office with excellent service. I've been going to Dr. Weaver since I was a kid and she's always been great. She and her staff are also very nice, professional, and helpful. I thankfully haven't needed any major dental work outside of cleanings, but in the chance that I would Dr. Weaver would be the first person I'd call. My family and I have been going here for several years. The dentists and hygienists are all very friendly and professional. They offer practical advice without making you feel ashamed! I also appreciate their conservative approach...they will offer additional services without making you feel like it is a huge emergency if you don't get it done immediately. I highly recommend them if you have young children who are nervous about going to the dentist, they do a great job of putting kids at ease.

Dr. Ariani is a great dentist. Took his time with me a few times I visited and every time I walked out happy. He knows his trade and actually cares about doing it right and not doing it fast which at times most of the doctors these days do. Hopefully he stays close to where I am now for a while as I can certainly use once or twice cleaning and visits.

I had extreme pain and was from out of town needing emergency care. They tried to take advantage of my situation and hijack my wallet. I even told them I had no insurance and they cared little... their price was their price. I refused and walked out the door. I decided to select a dentist that was off the high trafic streets, thinking they only exist buy the good work they do. I found an amazing dentist that was very experienced and guided me in the right direction for what was best for me. For half the money I had a tooth pulled... am major molar. He did such an amazing job on the extraction I required no pain meds at all after the meds wore off. This is rare folks.... The amazing dentist I went to was Michael K. Bassiri, DDS. Better service, at reasonable prices. He is a true doctor.... certainly not one of these places that try to maximize the take from your wallet.

Dr. Ariani is a great dentist. Took his time with me a few times I visited and every time I walked out happy.
