Ngoc (Vanessa) Nguyen- DMD, is a skilled and passionate dentist, whose mission is to help her patients improve their oral health and boost their self-confidence with a bright, healthy, and beautiful smile.
Dr. Nguyen, who is a Virginian since 2009, went to George Mason University (Fairfax) and completed her Bachelors degree in Biology with a concentration on Biochemistry. She then moved to Illinois to study dentistry at Midwestern University, College of Dental Medicine Illinois (CDMI). During her time at MWU, Dr. Nguyen received extensive training in all aspects of dentistry such as restoratives, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.
After graduation, she moved back to Virginia and started her own practice to help patients from children to adults with various dental needs. Dr. Nguyen strives to educate her patients on the importance of oral health and how to take better care of their teeth.
Outside of work, Dr. Nguyen likes to spend time with her family and her golden retriever Bomi. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, and photography. She loves to travel to places, learn about their culture, their cuisine, and capture local scenery.

We all have reasons of our own for switching choices like girlfriends, food, cleaners, brands, doctors and especially dentists. Then we all move on perhaps to try many others. But one thing hard to admit is you realize your mistake that there's really no better one than your previous provider. And so I swallowed a bit of my pride and went back to my previous dentist, Dr. Vladyslav Ovcharenko. Dr. O is truly the best Dentist there is, a family dentist so knowledgeable, professional, gentle and kind especially in giving a little break to a senior without insurance like myself. He did an excellent job in fixing my dental concern and am very satisfied. And lastly, I am happy to know and share to all that Dr. O has grown his family dental practice to 2 locations: Falls Church and Fairfax. I give my many thanks to Dr. O and his wonderful staff for their best caring service to all. Bobby de Jesus
