Dr. Alex Osinovsky completed a three year advance standing program at the University of Maryland Dental School, earning a D.D.S. degree in 1998. After graduating from the Stomatology Institute in 1987, Dr. Osinovsky practiced dentistry in the Ukraine. He worked as prosthodontist in the Ukraine before arriving in the United States in 1992. Upon moving to the U.S., Dr. Osinovsky worked as a clinical assistant in a Prosthodontic Dental Practice in Cleveland, Ohio and later as a research assistant for the Department of Periodontics at the University of Maryland. Dr. Osinovsky takes numerous continuing education courses concentrating on cosmetic and implant dentistry, and in 2002 he completed the Bicon Implant Mini Residency program, as of 2012 Dr. Osinovsky has been granted certification of D.I.C.O.I. (Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists) and has since placed and restored thousands of dental implants. He is also certified in the Invisalign treatment. Dr Alex (as he preferred to be called) successfully completed more then hundred of Invisalign treatments.
Dr. Osinovsky is a member of American Dental Association, northern Virginia Dental Society and Alpha Omega Dental Society. He also annually volunteers his time and expertise in Northern Virginia through Donated Dental Services, He volunteers in Eastern Europe and Israel as a member of Jewish Healthcare International. Dr Osinovsky treats patients regularly in DVI, Dental Volunteers for Israel Pediatric Dental clinic in Jerusalem. Dr Alex is fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish.

Dr. Osinovsky is highly qualified dentist, performing all types of services, after careful examination of the patient's (my) problems, and advising on several solutions. All his assistants and office staff are very efficient and professional.

Not too many people like going to the dentist, and I am first on that list. So, I was extremely pleased with the service and treatment that I received at Fairfax Advanced Dentistry. Dr. Osinovsky and his staff were professional and extremely conscientious in every step of the treatments I received. I recommend everyone use Dr. Osinovsky as their dentist, and I will continue to do so in the future.

Dr. O. speaks fluent Russian which made it so easy for my Ukrainian friend! He very kindly re-cemented her crown at no charge. He provided a treatment plan that was reasonably priced as she had no dental insurance. Office staff was helpful and supportive!

The front desk, I believe her name was Berkin and my hygienist Heidi were super awesome! I loved the clean clinic, friendly yet professionalism and overall experience at this dental clinic. The dentist was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for the amazing service and experience today. My teeth and gum feel extremely clean and white!! I will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Heidi Kuhl is the best hygienist I've been too. I haven't gone to the dentist in 2 years because of my negative experience prior, but eventually I had to get a check up. I would recommend Heidi who is so nice and made me feel super comfortable. She really cares about doing the best on your teeth with no hidden agenda. I will go to her from now on. :)

I'm so ecstatic to share with everyone the great treatment from entry to exit That I received. The empathetic and professional follow up I received as well as the concerns received from the doctor & staff was amazing. I felt relieved to know this type of service is out there that I can entrust my health issues. As we all know these are difficult times we are living in and we have to make so much adjustments to obtain certain services. What a great experience! (Whoever says that about a dentist!?!) As someone that doesn't enjoy trips to the dentist, I can honestly say Dr Alex and his team were true professionals that know their craft! I was expecting the worst about getting an implant and it couldn't have gone smoother and nearly painless. The skill and confidence of Dr. Alex made it comforting to know I was in not just good hands, but the BEST hands possible. I'm a long time patient, will continue to return to him, and entrust my family to him, too! The Experience at this place is awesome. Belkin welcome you as you walk into the door very pleasant and professional. The awesome Heidi is very gentle and care about you as she makes conversation as she whitening your teeth. Great experience here, which is unprecedented for me as I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Dina, Katya Belkin are very calming and exhibit much patience even when I'm super nervous. Also nice calming music there and I found myself sleeping half the time even during the procedure. I love the results and no longer dread going to the dentist, well at least at Fairfax Advanced Dentistry, I'll probably hesitate going anywhere else.

This practice was recommended to me by a friend after I had some bad experiences at other dental practices. They are great!! I also am still in disbelief and so happy - after over a decade of being told by multiple specialists that I am unable to get a top tooth implant done, they took the time to take scans from multiple angles and found that they were able to do a mini implant. The procedure was completed yesterday and I am over the moon! They were helpful, informative, and available (even with my millions of questions and concerns) every step of the way, and it looks great!! Highly recommend this place, can't say enough good things about this practice and the people.
