While their focus is on restoring a healthy mouth, and ultimately a health body, Drs. Beam believe a major barrier to break through is the stigma of fear around dental care. That is why they commit to getting to know each patient beyond what teeth tell them.
They both enjoy doing fillings, crowns and veneers, and root canals. However, they also take interest in different areas of dentistry. Dr. Caleb enjoys placing implants and restoring dentures, while Dr. Megan focuses her practice on kids and straightening teeth. They both have taken steps to further educate themselves in the areas of diagnosing and treating obstructive sleep apnea and tempromandibular disorders.
While they are members of many common dental societies, one they are most fond of is the Crown Council. It is a place where Drs. Beam can go to be better leaders, better dentists, and better people in order to create a legendary patient experience. The Crown Council also has an accountability component that holds each member to a higher standard of doing good with the resources they are provided.
Dr. Megan hails from Bridgeport, WV and graduated from WVU with a Bachelor in Chemistry and a Minor in Philosophy. She was a Mountaineer cheerleader and WVUs 2008 Homecoming Queen. Dr. Megan was accepted to the WVU School of Dentistry and graduated in May of 2014. After practicing as an associate for 4 years and honing her skills in eastern Pennsylvania, she is elated to be in Fairchance providing the care her patients deserve. Currently, Dr. Megan is working to complete extensive post-graduate training in orthodontics and tempromandibular disorders. Aside from caring for people, Dr. Megan enjoys baking and traveling whenever her busy schedule allows.
Dr. Caleb grew up in Summersville, WV and went to Glenville State to play football. After realizing he wanted to take his education more seriously, he attended WVU and graduated from the WVU School of Dentistry in May of 2014. Upon graduation, Dr. Caleb completed a residency at Mercy Medical Center in Canton, OH, where he received post-graduate training in implants, root canals. and oral surgery alongside some of the industries top educators. When Dr. Caleb is not working or spending quality time with his family, you can find him outside practicing his archery skills, preparing for a hunting season, or in a tree stand or blind awaiting his next trophy.
In their free time, Drs. Beam enjoy watching their son, Boaz Andrew, learn and grow. They also share love for their dog, Miley, and cat, Lazer. Caleb and Megan are both avid readers, die-hard West Virginia Mountaineer fans, and happy to be serving the Fairchance community.
Cindy Swenglish, Office Manager: A loyal, familiar face to almost all of our patients, Cindy is our office manager and has been for over 30 years; thats 210 years in dog years! She provides unmatched energy and positivity which make our team and patients feel like family. Born and raised in the south, Cindy followed her heart to southwestern Pennsylvania and married her husband, Curt, in 1991. She is the proud mother of Ethan. When Cindy isnt working, you can find her antique shopping, boating on the lake, promoting her Mary Kay business, or spending quality time with her friends and family.
Angie Hunter, Financial Coordinator: Angie comes to Fairchance Dental Arts with plenty of dental experience under her belt. With her laid-back personality, she makes understanding your treatment finances easy! Angie has studied business administration at Fairmont State University and also has a cosmetology license, so she will always be looking perfect. Originally from Glen Dale, WV, she is a WVU Mountaineer fan through and through. She loves being with her son, Myles, and cooking, dancing and occasionally singing karaoke with Greg.
Kristy Alexander, Treatment Coordinator: Kristy fell into dentistry by accident, and we are so grateful she did! Her sparkling personality will be one of the first ones to welcome you to Fairchance Dental Arts when you arrive. If something in the office needs doing, Kristy is always willing and able to do it. When not at work, Kristy loves decorating, shopping, and fishing. She is a proud mother to her three children Nicholas, Lena, and Aydin and a loving wife to her husband, Jason.
Brittany Bertovich, Registered Dental Hygienist: Brittany is a wonderful team member here at Fairchance Dental Arts. Her easy-going attitude makes your cleaning comfortable and concise. Brittany is passionate about educating her patients on the importance of their oral health and, in turn, their overall health. Recently, she invested in her first home purchase for her family and is enjoying the renovation process. Brittany is the proud mother of two sweet little girls, Abri and Bria, with whom she and John spend their free time.
Gianna Mollica, Registered Dental Hygienist: A graduate of West Virginia University and her class Valedictorian, Gianna is a local girl who is an asset to our team. She blends knowledge and compassion beautifully when interacting with her patients, and her gentle touch will put you at ease! She is engaged to be married to her high school sweetheart, Corey, in 2022 and enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
Cathy Frost, Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant: With over 20 years of dental experience, Cathy brings a well-rounded knowledge of dentistry. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure our office runs smoothly. She has a strong desire to help people, as well as our team, making Fairchance Dental Arts feel like home to many people. Cathy has completed her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting degree in order to place fillings, among many other things. In her spare time, Cathy enjoys a good book, gardening, and spending time with her sweetheart, Steve. Cathy has two children and six grandchildren, and they are her pride and joy.
Korey Robinson, Dental Assistant: A graduate of OIC Training Academy, Korey is one of the sweetest assistants we know! She truly enjoys building relationships with our patients and making everyone she meets feel like a friend she has known for years. Korey also loves making her team members laugh, even if it is unintentional! Outside of work, she enjoys being around her family, especially her Mamal and Papal. She has two dogs, Bailey and Todd, who have her heart.

This dental office is highly recommended. It's run by a husband and wife power team, Caleb and Megan Beam. They both have an amazing skillset, yet they also know their lanes and are not afraid to refer you to a specialist if needed which I feel is an utmost important trait to have as a doctor to prevent mistreatment. I went in needing an implant, which one of my friend's raved about having their office help me. It was assuring that Dr. Caleb Beam knew it was beyond his skillset, as I needed my jaw and gums repaired beforehand, and he referred me out to a facial surgeon. Afterwards, Caleb did install a crown onto that implant, and he was also very skilled in repairing a temporary bridge I had. The crown looks great, and he spent a lot of time making sure it fit perfectly. I also liked this office because they have some state of the art equipment in a nicely updated facility. I noticed that the dental hygienist were using brand new dental equipment which my old office did not have. The only improvements this office could make are they only work with a select amount of insurance companies. I do understand there aren't enough dentist in this are right now so they rightfully can choose to not work with difficult insurance companies. They also misinformed me on my insurance benefits when I was speaking to the front desk for my crown procedure; this is a common occurrence with many dental offices, and they were able to then rerun my insurance after they understood my procedure was a covered benefit. As a business owner myself who specializes as being a health insurance agent, I wouldn't hesitate to have any major dental work done at Fairchance Dental Arts. Their prices are reasonable, they have proven to be a very skilled office, and their updated equipment makes this dental office one of the best private practices in the Greater Morgantown and Pittsburgh Area. This office is a hidden jewel!

My niece is non-speaking, has special needs, and was due for a dental exam. I went along with my sister to help keep my niece calm because, unfortunately, she's had traumatic experiences at dentists' offices in the past. Brittany and Dr. Megan were beyond wonderful with my niece and started the hard work of undoing her past trauma. They didn't force her to do anything that scared her and took the time to let her experience all of the tools. It was incredible to watch their kindness and patience. I wish I could give extra stars!

We drove an hour to this practice. The office is beautifully appointed the moment you step in the door. More importantly, the staff is amazing, helpful, and kind! Dr. Megan and staff were wonderful with my son. They have modern, sophisticated imaging most offices do not have. We are grateful we found them and will return!

My family and I Love Fairchance Dental Arts!! I've always cringed when it was time to go to the dentist for cleanings. Dr. Caleb, Dr. Megan and their entire staff completely changed my mindset on going to the dentist! They have a beautiful newly remodeled facility, always friendly staff and latest technology to make cleaning a pleasant experience. They truly make going to the dentist feel more like a spa day only for your oral health! So thankful my husband found them!

I have never been to a better place for my own personal care or my children's! Brittany in particular I love for her kindness with my children and also the way she puts myself at ease while not making you feel any judgment or shame for my bad teeth. Dr. Megan Beam is kind and accommodating to my big blended family. Not only is her experience apparent with how competent she is but her inside matches her outside..... beautiful. Her husband Dr. Beam is very kind and explains things very well for this frazzled mom while putting everyone at ease. I can't recommended supporting a local Family while getting quality care more! Try it for yourself.
