To create a place where anyone can come to feel better about themselves. To provide the highest standard of care in a comforting environment. To uplift and strengthen the community and make an impact in the world. To be successful both professionally as well as personally; to have plenty of resources as well as time to spend with family and friends

Dr. Todd chose the field of dentistry to be able to connect with patients one on one and for the ability to form strong, lifelong relationships with them. Growing up in Minnesota, Dr. Todd volunteered to serve his community, earned his Eagle Scout award, and enjoyed the outdoors. Dr. Todd received his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences.

Fairbanks Family Dental Care, staff were very nice to me in person. They all have great, Colleges, and Universities, that they graduated from. They mispelled their names, inconsistent with names, of dentists licensed, when checking, on Commerce, Business, and Professional licensing, website. And repeatedly, text messaged, me after I cancelled an appointment, by phone and then by text. They do/ or tried to, overcharge for services, and were asking three, 3 x , what my insurance pays, and I live on a limited income. I was told that my first, visit, was free, and that my insurance covered the entire visit. I could not return to get more care. They were very, unconcerned, about hacking, and Wi-Fi, and telephone abuse. And they may have claimed, that I had, dental, caries, where there was none, and been, requesting, unnecessary, dental work, and tried to do more work, or get paid for unnecessary, treatment. May be abusive or involved in assault, fraud, and drug use. And wanted to charge me approx.$10,000.00, with insurance coverage. Thank you. Susan Berg, M.D. They also sent me a letter claiming that I had a problem with my behavior! How, TVC, Tanana Valley Clinic, from years, ago around a cyber-attack by China, like! I wonder what they as intoxicants, thought I did! I complained to my insurance, Fraud Hotline. I can't believe they won't be decent to people! Thats after graduating, from good colleges! And being veterans! Maybe, they need mental health care! Thank you. Susan Berg, M.D.

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided at Fairbanks Family Dentist. My wife and I both scheduled appointments 6 months out. We were told that the new patient visit was 1.5 hours and my wife confirmed that there was a cleaning involved in the visit. Upon my arrival the dental hygienist said I was only scheduled for 1 hour and had to rush to get the necessities accomplished. There was no cleaning guaranteed on the fist visit, the office expects you to come back a second time for a cleaning. My wife's appointment was rescheduled one week before her visit, from the office mis scheduling. This effects time taken off work and loss of PTO for a visit that has now been changed from the dentist side of things. None the less, my visit was so terrible that I instantly pulled my dental records from them, which was a waste of my yearly dental insurance visit just for oral images to be obtained. No cleaning was performed. To top it all off pre visit they try to run your insurance information. It took me two hours of arguing, and teaching the billing person how to run my dental insurance when they had the information right in front of their face. I directed them multiple times on how to do so, but they refused to listen to a customer. Don't waste your time or money on this dentist.
