If you enjoy your time and money being wasted and spat out in forms of mistreated and neglected problems then you've approached the right place. Not only has this location failed to find 2 missing cavities of mine but they've also done a horrendous job at basic cleanup. A few of the staff were genuine and cool but the dentists were very careless and almost callous to my needs. They failed to recognize issues I've had with my teeth it wasn't until going to another dental office where those problems were recognized. Not only that but the cleaning at this location was very rushed. I'd go to this location various times throughout the years but it wasn't until recently the quality of service seemingly went downhill. It's sad to say this because the people there were genuinely cool to talk to but I'm hoping they at least improve their procedures and at least double check issues with their clients.

The European old guy was too hard on me. He got inpatient and no empathy. He redo five cavities. I would not go here again. My mouth was in pain for a month. He didn't seem to love his job. I been to better caring dentists before.

I came here to get braces 2 months ago and all I've gotten is two brackets and I've had to pay 150 every visit and the customer service isn't that great all they seem to care about is the payments but I am yet to get most of my braces.

I had a lot of needed work done over the last year and wish I had found Fair Oaks Family Dental years ago. The staff is friendly and dentists are knowledgeable and thorough while being concerned and kind.

Pleasant visit, pleasant dentist, professional. fixed my smile. I was so unhappy with my teeth he gave me a great smile and I have my confidence back, I can eat whatever I want, I don't have pain chewing anymore.

Went in for an implant consultation and had first procedure, will come back for my crown in a couple months. I am so glad I picked fair oaks family dental while searching for a best dental specialist. Thank you Dr. Sinai I am glad I picked your office and I will see you soon..................

I asked for regular filling and got silver instead. Doctor ignored and did what he felt like. Silver filling feels terrible. Working on 4 customers at a time. Zero quality of work. Will be reporting.

I after the first visit, I try to have an open mind. I said to myself give it a chance it might be the first bad experience next visit might be better. It did not get better with each visit things just came out revealed that were disgusting. First of all the dentist and the hygienist come in looking like they just left the gym they're dress in spandex like that. They drop the tools while they're working on the patient pick it up and continue. They had to prescribe antibiotics because of the unclean practices.

I had my first visit on 2/1/19 to have the first quadrant of teeth removed due to preparation for full mouth dentures. So every 2 weeks a quadrant was removed. So by 4/1/19 they were all removed. I had done some research and found out that the longer I waited the more the bone & gums would shrink and when everything had finally finished all the shrinking the end result would be a tighter better fitting set of dentures so I wouldn't have to use much or any denture cream. I finally received the finished set and found that indeed I don't have to use but a very small amount of cream and they look so natural and not all bulky & thick. I'm pleased with the outcome. I'm so glad that I followed the research I found & waited a whole year to do the impressions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND fair oaks family dental to anyone for any dental services. Thank You!!
