Went in for a tooth extraction today and Dr. Song and Meagan were fantastic. Not a fan of dentists but I felt comfortable and they made sure everything was pain free. Will bring the rest of the family here as well.

I had severe pain from a tooth. I called these folks and they said be here in 15 minutes. I go in, get checked, diagnosed and the tooth pulled in under an hour and a half. Dr. Lee was aces, he explained to me my problem, the 2 possible solutions and the risks associated with each option. I didn't feel a thing, not even the needle when numbing my jaw, nothing. This was hands down the best experience I ever had with a dentist. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. By the way, his entire staff is highly professional and extremely friendly and understanding. This is a collection of really great professionals and I can't see going to any other dentist. Thank you, Dr. Lee and Staff.

I feel like they should have notified Dr. Lee's patients of his permanent departure WAY BEFORE now! It took me so much time to build trust and with Dr. Lee and the dental assistants and now he's abruptly leaving. This transition could have been done much smoother by introducing your patients to the other dentists in the office. Honestly, I'll probably look for another practice because I only trusted Dr. Lee and now that's been completely ruined. I'm happy for Dr. Lee and his wife, but this announcement of departure should have been announced way before now. It feels disrespectful and insensitive to the loyal patients. Time to start looking for another dentist eventually. Really disheartening.

Dr Lee and his team are caring, helpful, professional, personable, detailed, sympathetic, empathetic, skilled, and keeps up to date on all dentistry procedures. An overall excellent dentist and staff.

I have had to previous dental visits that did not end well. Today I saw Dr. Song to have a molar pulled, he could tell i was nervous so he made sure I was comfortable! Continued to make sure I was ok during the entire procedure! I didn't feel a thing!!! Him and his staff are great!! I will definitely be using them for any other dental work myself or my children need!!! Amazing dentist!!! Thank you Dr. Song!!!!

I was in for some fillings and had horrible anxiety about the drilling process as numbing agents don't work well on me. I ended up having an anxiety attack before they started, and I cannot begin to tell you how considerate and kind everyone was towards me. One of the team members, Megan, sat with me for an hour helping me relax, making sure I was as calm as possible. She truly went above and beyond from what I've seen any medical professional do for a patient with anxiety. Dr. Lee was so understanding and patient the entire time as well. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and immediately made adjustments for when I wasn't. I'm extremely grateful to have a dental office as professional and hospitable as Fair Lakes Family Dentistry! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and unlike other dentists I've been to over the years, I feel that Dr. Lee doesn't try to sell me products or services I don't need.

Exceptional customer service. Best dentist visit I've ever had. They also have TVs on the ceiling you can watch while they are doing your cleaning. I'll be back for sure.

Everyone was so friendly, caring and detailed! Loved that they each took time to listen and take care of their patients! After bad experiences at other dentists, I am very thankful to find this place! No discomfort whatsoever and am happy to feel at ease again when it comes to dental care!

I really like Dr. Joe Lee, as he is very good at his job, and is very personable. Likewise, his dental assistants are the same. We are blessed to have a very good dental office in our area.

Dr. Lee is the best! He describes everything he is doing at each step. Does his best to make sure you're comfortable. Gives treatment options. Friendly. Everyone at the office is efficient and pleasant to deal with. The one dentist office where you will look forward to going.

Dr. Lee is so personable. He is thorough and comprehensive in his approach and evaluation. His staff is super nice too. Miriam was an amazing hygienist...very gentle yet thorough on my cleaning. On time service and competitive pricing. I'll recommend all my friends here!
