Wonderful People Welcoming Staff for starters. Dr. S. Florio is a Bowl of Awesomeness when it comes to doing what he's good at. I had my tooth extracted today and boy was it ever so fast. No Hassles, Hiccups or Pain. Very impressive, first impression. Christina is a Doll and a new friend in Christ. Won't he do it?

10/10 would recommend Dr. florio! This was my first surgery and first time being unconscious in any capacity and I was extremely anxious about getting my wisdom teeth out, and they went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable and safe as possible, explaining everything they were doing while getting me prepped. I ended up having a panic attack coming out from under the anesthesia and they totally took care of me and didnt try to rush me leaving or anything. Seems like they did an incredible job with the surgery itself too! I'm about 6 hours post op and so far have been fine with half of one of the prescription pills with two ibuprofen and ice, and there is minimal swelling. Could not have asked for better care

10/10 would recommend Dr. florio! I had the fortunate opportunity to see Dr. Florio's work from both the patient and provider perspective and he is hands down one of the best surgeons I was lucky enough to meet. He genuinely invests himself into his patients and is a skilled surgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their wisdom teeth removed or any other maxillofacial surgery.

I've dealt with extreme anxiety surrounding dentists/doctors my whole life, so when I learned I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, you can imagine how much I was freaking out. My regular dentist suggested I be sedated to make the process "less traumatizing." After consulting with 3 different top-rated surgeons in the area, it was clear Dr. Florio was the easy choice. He was so inviting and friendly and considerate. During my consultation, he even sat in the patient's chair instead of me to make me more comfortable. His staff is INCREDIBLE. Everyone is so nice and reassured me that I can and will successfully get through this. Sure enough, I did! It was a huge success. Not only did the whole process, including the recovery process, go way better than expected, I now have more confidence in myself going to dentists/surgeons because this was such a positive experience. No need to look elsewhere; Dr. Florio is your go-to oral surgeon!!

STAY AWAY! Went in for for a consolation and walked out with a $266 bill. I was not told upfront that there was a charge as most consultations are free!!! They did nothing for me and proceeded to hand me a bill. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Dr. Florio and his staff are AMAZING and try their hardest to make you comfortable bc who the heck is ever chill about oral surgery? From the receptionist, to the surgical assistant, to Dr. Florio himself, they were all great. The surgical assistant took to my humor well when I called them out about saying the worse is the "pinch" you feel from the injection of the local anesthetic. I've been injected before - it's more than a pinch! She laughed and offered me numbing gel and it honestly made the injections *almost* pain free, it was very, very, manageable. Dr. Florio talked to me the entire time of the two ectractions which was less than 5 minutes. I didn't even know he got them out already I was so shocked!! So far recovery is a breeze without narcotics and manageable with just iburpofen. Will def recommend this team to anyone and will come back should my bottom wisdom teeth ever start to bother me.

Dr. Florio is the best oral surgeon I've EVER been too. He is kind and patient, even throughout my irrational fears and dread at being there. His work is painless (Ikr? But it's true) he called me himself to check how I was doing as well! I cannot recommend him highly enough. His staff is also wonderful ~ so friendly and accommodating (tsu)

I'm a nurse and I know when I'm in the presence of a great practitioner and health care team. That's what you'll encounter at Dr. Florio's office. My 9 year old needed a quick oral surgical procedure however when she was 5 she had emergency open heart surgery. We are still a bit traumatized by that experience. Dr. Florio and his staff knew this and went above and beyond to have us both be super comfortable with the care they would provide. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Florio's care.

From my first call to Dr. Florio's office, I knew I was working with a wonderful office. They were warm and friendly and very understanding. When I had to cancel my appointment they went out of they're way to reschedule sooner than later to get me feeling better. Dr. Florio is one of a kind! He makes you feel very comfortable and talks to you like an old friend. His office could not do enough for my comfort. This is really the best office and dentist I have encountered in a long time!
