I was referred by my dentist to get a tooth extracted. The tooth was number 30 not a wisdom tooth which would be obvious in the referral and xRay sent to Bowman's office. I had to call the office 3 times to get anyone to answer. Left messages with no return calls. Finally I reached someone who sent me a link to go fill out a ton of pages of medical history and personal information before I could make an appointment. I finally got an appointment. An office staff called me and said they would look at my insurance and give me a quote. Never received that quote. The appointment is for tomorrow. The office calls me today to tell me (I've had the appointment about a week now) that Bowman only does wisdom teeth on Fridays. I explained everything above and that I have already taken off work and found another person to take a day off work as well to drive 3 hours to Enid as I would be under Anesthesia and unable to drive back. I asked her to explain this to the doctor. She calls back about 30 minutes later saying he cannot do it tomorrow. I called my dentist and let them know and they removed him from their referral list. This office is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My daughter had a great experience. They called numerous times before and after to ensure everything was good to go. Highly recommended!

I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth removed here, but so glad I didn't. They tried making me pay full price, without taking out my insurance, so be careful. And the attitude and atmosphere was not great there. Went to Stillwater, staff and doctors are great there, I felt very comfortable, and didn't have to pay half the price!

I had my wisdom teeth out by Dr. Bowman and had such a positive experience. I was nervous for the surgery but the staff was caring and alleviated all my fears. They even called me the same evening and checked on me. I was concerned with healing post op and they immediately got me in to check on me. Nothing was wrong but it made me feel better that they took the time for me. Definitely recommend this office.

I have never had any type of surgery before, so going to get my wisdom teeth out was scary for me! Dr. Bowman and his staff made me feel comfortable while I was there. Afterwards, a staff member called to check on me. The next day (Saturday) Dr. Bowman himself called to check on me. Caring staff.

I would never go here again!! It's been 2 years since I had all my teeth pulled and a bone spur removed I followed all the care instructions after the surgery and when the pain wouldn't stop in one area I called 3 different times before the stitches were to come out. Each time I called I got the same response, that's normal, I told the nurse the day they took out the stitches something was wrong, she took out the stitches, Dr Bowman just had me open my mouth and said everything looks good. The next morning I went to see my regular dentist because I felt like I was dieing. The area that I had told Bowmas office that was hurting Was full of infection and my dentist couldn't believe that the nurse that took out the stitches didn't notice!!! I feel I paid them $8,000.00 for them to almost kill me! I have definitely never recommend him to anyone that has asked me about an oral surgeon and I never will!! I guess the one star can be for how nice they all were before the surgery but I guess most people that don't care weather you live or die would be nice to you for $8,000.00 I don't think I'll ever get over how I feel about that experience!

My 17 year old child had her top 2 wisdoms out yesterday morning. The staff and Dr. Bowman were the best. My daughter suffers from extreme anxiety. From the minute we spoke with the receptionist to the end when we checked out, everyone was kind smiling and seemed legit happy to be at their job, and made her feel comfortable. We are so grateful to have this wonderful team for our 3 kiddos. We won't go anywhere else from now on.

This place is a scam! They will rip you off. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with 2 needing surgical removal and a molar (at a different dr.). In all costing just over $800. Now 2 girls I know were charged well over that for having 4 wisdom teeth removed. 1 was billed an additional $1800 after insurance and the other charged an additional $2000 after insurance.

Everyone I interacted with at Dr Bowman's clinic had been absolutely wonderful and made my experience all the better. From timely appointments to being responsive and helpful even days postop, they definitely show they take care of their patients through and through. Dr Bowman was knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and is very down to earth. It's definitely a center that's earned my trust for any future dental care.

Not honest about insurance, ran a test that had nothing to do with my appointment, refused to accept previously taken X-rays, obtained pre-approval for an implant I explicitly said I did not want, erroneously reported to my primary dentist that I desired an implant after I specifically stated I did not want one, had me pay for the entire visit and still have not received a refund of the difference between what the are allowed to charge and what I paid. When I called to check on the status of my refund/speak to someone in billing (3 times) they told me the lady was out of the office and they would have her call me back. No one ever called me back. The fourth time I called the person gave me the number to their billing office (outside billing company). Still waiting on my refund 4 months later. DETAILS: Had an appointment for a consult. Prior to making an appointment I called the phone number on their site to verify with them that they are a preferred provider with my insurance company. The lady that answered said they were. Their website does not list the insurance companies they accept as the others do and states "... Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies. Some companies offer as many as six different plans. This insurance alphabet soup changes policies and guidelines weekly..." and directs you to call their office. The day of my consult they insisted on checking my blood sugar. I don't know why. I was there to ask questions only. He wanted to take an X-ray and would not accept an X-ray from my primary dentist. They had me sit in a room by myself watching a video related to the reason for my consult then walked in and asked if I had questions. After lots of Q&A I explicitly stated I was not interested in an implant. He reported otherwise to my primary dentist and obtained a pre-approval for an implant from my insurance company even after I clearly stated I was not going to get one. Still waiting for my refund of the difference!

Unethical!!! This Doctor stayed in contact with my orthodontist every month for almost 2 years, and had her make big alterations to my braces and teeth for a surgery he knew he wouldn't be able to perform, because he had knowingly fallen out of network with my insurance....OVER A YEAR AGO!

Compliance seems to be an issue with this office. Avoidance they have mastered, office personnel are completely complacent and have zero desire to show any patient care. Constantly catching them in lies when asked to complete a simple task our insurance company asked us to do since Bowmans office manager and insurance compliance manager refused. When the phone was handed off to them with the insurance company on the line things seemed to get better ... only to be faced with the office staff saying "It'll take several days to get what you need. We will contact you when we are ready."
