At Facial Spectrum, we strive to help patients bring out their inner beauty with corrective jaw surgery and other facial services. As an oral surgeon in Lees Summit, we can provide healthy and effective methods to change ones face. Our services range from dental implants to sinus lifts and facial liposuction. Our goal is to help patients achieve the changes they desire.
There is no reason for people to have to live with a specific feature of their face that they dislike. We can also help with creating a more youthful appearance through BOTOX treatment. From the moment patients walk in the door to any follow-up care that is necessary, we will continue to create a welcoming atmosphere to help patients relax.
Dr. Prstojevich has the distinction of being appointed as a Board Examiner for doctors seeking board certification in both Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery. He served on the Board of Trustees for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery; and, is also one of the few Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the nation to be elected a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Presently, he serves as both Medical Director of Facial and Cosmetic Surgery and Associate Program Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St Lukes Hospital.

This was by far the most professional and friendly place we have encountered! Eileen was so kind, compassionate, understanding, and went above and beyond!!! Dr. Prstojevich was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and was honest! He saved my husband from getting unnecessary procedures and double/triple checked everything. Everything went perfectly and smoothly. We will only go to Facial Spectrum and are so thankful for such a great experience.

This is not a good place to go to. They make you wait AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME. He had to wait an additional hour past his scheduled appointment time. The surgeon my husband was referred to never even saw him yet we got an additional bill for an office visit. An assistant pulled his tooth and my husband had issues for weeks afterward and finally a piece of bone came out from his gum where tooth was pulled. Bedside manner needs a big reset. Poor time managment and disrespectful of patient's time. Double mask . You'll sit a long long time.

It's hard to intentionally put your kiddo in distress especially where teeth are concerned but everyone at Facial Spectrum is so caring and comforting. They are very upfront about the treatment plan and answer all questions sometimes multiple times until I understand it all!!

I got my wisdom tooth out today and it was the best patient care. It was very fast and I felt very comfortable almost like they knew me personally. Tall guy with short hair and a bandana on was who took it out definitely heaven sent I will definitely come back to him if I need anything else done Update it was dr card a new doc in the office. 2-24-21 had to come back for two wisdom took extractions everything went quick and easy.Dr card was amazing.

Facial Spectrum did an amazing job on my wisdom tooth surgery especially for a very anxious patient. Every staff member from front desk, OR team, nursing and the MD were amazing and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The staff and MD explained everything prior to the procedure and after care to me & my spouse. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I am so glad I chose Facial Spectrum. The entire team is great! I have had a fear or dental work because of a prior past experience 3 and a half years ago but when I walked into the office and went to the back I felt very comfortable and at ease. I don't feel any pain and overall I am so very happy with how everything went. I was informed about the process and all my questions were answered. I am so happy I chose Facial Spectrum to get my wisdom teeth out!

Dr. Prstojevich and the entire Facial Spectrum staff are knowledge, kind and provide a comfortable atomosphere. Dr. Prstojevich took my son's 4 wisdom teeth out in July. Procedure and recovery were super smooth. I just had a wisdom tooth removed yesterday and returned to work today. Will definitely continue to utilize Facial Spectrum's service.

I took my 17-year-old daughter here for her wisdom teeth removal. The doctors and nurses were very caring and thorough and all spent a lot of time explaining the entire procedure and what to expect before, during and after. I can't say enough good things about the staff here,caring , professional,not a long wait time to be seen,( which it wouldn't have mattered to me if it would have been) because it is worth the wait...ALL the staff was very polite.I had all my uppers pulled @once,no pain at all...Trust what the Dr tells you to do as far as care,he is very good, and you should have a pleasant visit.This is my second time here I highly recommend Facial Spectrum .

I had a consult there over a month ago. I have literally called the office 6 times to see about insurance approval and have not received a single phone call back!! What in the world? I have never heard of such a thing, how unprofessional. They had no problem sending me a bill in the mail for the consult, which was also a very inconvenient experience. I was still willing to give them a shot because they had good reviews-what kind of office are they running there ???
