My experience at Face and Jaw Surgery Center in Grand Forks has been very positive. In fact, we have chosen Face & Jaw four times to have wisdom teeth removed. We were treated with respect, kindness, and all of our questions and concerns answered. I highly recommend Dr. Omar C Chahal and his team at Face and Jaw.

Face & Jaw Surgery of Grand Forks, ND is a very welcoming place. Everyone there was very kind and helpful. Ive been there on two separate occasions and both experiences were amazing. I will definitely be going there for any future appointments. I would highly recommend them!

I HIGHLY recommend Face and Jaw!! I was very nervous to be put under, as it was my first time, but they did a great job with calming me down and making sure I was comfortable. Elisa was the lady who took me back to my room and assisted my surgeon with my wisdom teeth extraction and she is amazing! She was so nice and made the process 10x better! They did a wonderful job taking care of me and I couldn't be happier! Everyone in this place was great!

Very friendly and helpful staff that helped me get everything set up. Dr. Gomez was very quick and efficient In extracting my tooth, I didn't feel a thing. He also explained all the potential risks and outcomes in an easy to follow dialog.

I had a great experience at GF Face & Jaw Surgey Center when I recently had a tooth removed. They did a super job of providing well explained options, were extremely thorough, empathetic and only want what's best for their patients, plus they handle all of the insurance claim process. My daughter had been to them when she was in high school for removal of her wisdom teeth; she had a really great experience and that was part of the reason I was glad to go to them for my own care. Thank you!

Today I had oral surgery, consisting of extractions, bone grafting and implants at Face & Jaw Surgery Center. The professionalism and care that I received both pre and post-surgery was excellent! Dr. Chahal has the best interest of his patients at hand, and his bedside manner is top notch! The office staff, assistants, and nurses are so kind and caring. I felt completely comfortable and the entire process was stress free. I was able to relax and was given the best care I could imagine. I would recommend everyone to go through this practice! Thank you for the great service!

I had a tooth extraction by Dr. Gomez at the Grand Forks office this week. The procedure went well - I was apprehensive but he and his assistant explained what they were doing as they went along which put me at ease. I expected to have pain, swelling and a very sore mouth that evening and the next day but I was surprised that I have had absolutely no discomfort or swelling at all. The office called me the next morning to check on me which I appreciated.

Dr. Preston Gomez and his team were wonderful. They were professional and yet very personable. I don't like going to the dentist and was very apprehensive, and quite frankly scared! Dr. Gomez made me feel comfortable by explaining the procedure and assuring me that everything would be fine. His team was very caring and personable and made sure I was physically comfortable for the procedure. His team spent time explaining to me what to expect after the surgery, what to eat and how to care for my oral hygiene after the surgery. I would highly recommend Face & Jaw Surgery Center to anyone who needs oral surgery.

I was/am terrified of dentists, have been since Ii was 6. The crew at Grand Forks Face and Jaw were awesome, they never left me alone, always telling me what was going on,and doing so in a cheerful way. I highly recommend them

F&JSC exceeded my expectations. Not only did they provide great services for my son in February 2019 with his wisdom teeth extraction, they went above and beyond for the same procedure for my daughter in October 2021. We were welcomed by a professional team of doctors and staff, that put us at ease. They accommodated my calendar changes, assured me my daughter was in good hands and followed through the day after the procedure. 100% satisfied with their service and appreciative of their dedication to the patients they serve. I highly recommend F&JSC to family and friends.

I have worked with Dr. Omar Chahal and his staff both professionally and as a patient. They genuinely care for their patients and will do what's right for the patient, even if it's an inconvenience for them. Not only are they caring for the patient, but also for their colleagues. Well run office staff and an excellent oral surgeon.

Had as good of an experience as one can have getting all four wisdom teeth removed. Anna the nurse was super sweet and helped calm my nerves (and did a flawless IV on the first try). Dr Gomez (or Preston as he asked me to call him) was very kind as well though we only met briefly. The reception team and post op nurse (who I don't remember whatsoever and I hope I was nice to) were abundantly friendly and even called the day after to check on me and answer some questions as well as answering more questions when I called later in the week. They took the time to make sure my driver/babysitter for the day and I understood everything I needed to do post op and between that and a flawless procedure, my recovery was terrific! My sole complaint is that the Rick roll song played over the speakers as I was going under and I had it stuck in my head all day While I can't say I want to go back (because who just wants to get teeth pulled) if I had to, I'd be glad to Thanks for taking such good care of me!

I went there to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth.. 2 of them being impacted. I was very, very nervous going into the producers. The nurses were very kind and talked to me like a friend to calm me down. Dr. Chahal removed my teeth. Listening to their post operation instructions, it's been 24 hours and I'm feeling okay. Highly recommend.

I think it was very disrespectful that Face & Jaw told driver that they had to wait in their car on site or they wouldn't perform the procedure. I thought this was the LAND OF THE FREE. The time from check in to leave was 2 1/2 hour. So this means driver was unable to get food or something to drink. This is creal to the drivers. However, they are very friendly and respectful to patients.
