Dr. Fabiola Garcia received her first dental degree in Mexico and started practicing dentistry in 2006. As part of her post- graduation education she completed advanced training in Oral Surgery and General Dentistry. After moving to the United States, she continued her education at The University Of Texas School Of Dentistry at Houston receiving a degree in Doctor Of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2014. She graduated with honors and was given multiple awards for her outstanding academic performance and commitment to excellence in patient care. She has been practicing in the Houston, Texas area since then. She continues to advance her knowledge of Dentistry by spending numerous weekends on Continuing Education courses. She travels all over the country and overseas to keep learning from top doctors.
Dr. Garcias vision is delivering excellence in oral care to everyone. As a dentist she loves helping people achieve their goals for their health or a more beautiful smile in an atmosphere that is warm, friendly and relaxed.
Dr. Garcia has a serious commitment to giving back to the community. She is constantly involved in outreach programs, sponsoring schools and hosting free dentistry days to people who otherwise would not be able to afford dental care. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Garcia enjoys spending time with her son Marcus and her husband Mario. She also likes traveling to the beach, reading, cooking, and exercising.
Ximena has over 12 years of dental experience! She is originally from Medellin, Colombia. Ximena enjoys helping people in general and her passion is to help patients feel at home and relaxed at each dental visit. Outside of Dentistry she loves animals and going to the gym.
Vanessa has been in the dental field since 2004. She joined our practice in 2019 and we feel very fortunate to have her on board! She loves her job and is passionate about Dentistry. She loves helping patients achieve their dental goals and continues growing her expertise through continuing education.She was born and raised in the Heights of Houston, TX. She has four children who she loves and dedicates her time when not at work. She also enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending quality time with her family and two dogs.
Lesli joined our practice in September of 2019. She has been working hard in serving our patients, learning new skills and expanding her expertise. Born a Houstonian, she is inspired daily by her mom and younger sister. Lesli keeps a positive attitude at all times and encourages others to work hard and succeed. She will ensure that you feel welcomed every time that you visit Fabulous Dentistry.
Jennifer was born in Houston and raised in the Spring Branch area. She has been in the dental field since 2017 and joined our team in 2021 when we acquired our new practice. She works hard to see the happiness dentistry gives our patients. She loves traveling and exploring. Jennifer is always ready for new adventures with her friends and panzon her dog.

I decided to come here for a second opinion as the other dental place I had gone gave me no hopes but Dr. Garcia had more options, she treated me with so much care!! She was so detailed and explained to me everything!!! She's amazing!! Will definitely come back!!! Will also take my kids here as well!!! Her staff are so sweet!!!

I love this dental office! I am hands down beyond impressed with the fantastic doctor and staff, they make me feel welcome at every visit. My family and I were patients for three years. We enjoyed going to Dr. Garcia as a primary dentist, we started off as patients at her first location on Long point. The service and attention to detail were great for a time. But we steadily saw a decline in patients communication. I trusted Dr. Garcia to provide a great service when it came down to orthodontic care for my daughter. This by no means speaks on her talents as a Dentist, I feel like she's a very talented, caring and most importantly compassionate doctor. But I do feel her staff does not live up to those standards. I had an appointment scheduled for my daughters orthodontic procedure, we discussed on what my insurance was going to cover, and my portion. At the time of my appointment I am bought to a little room to discuss how my insurance is not paying out of network rates. Can you imagine how I felt... it's my daughters appointment and there was no communication on this matter before hand. They completely took me off guard. My first thought was to call my insurance company directly. Humana confirmed this dental office does participate in Humana and accepts Humana. They are an in network dental network with Humana. I reiterated we've been coming here for three years same insurance, same policy, never had any issues with them paying. There was so much back and forth with her office manager, each conversation filled with reasons why they didn't want to use my insurance. This left me frustrated and annoyed. I was willing to go through with the procedure because I do think Dr. Garcia is good at what she does but I went with my gut and left the appointment. I called Humana and I'm blessed to work directly with my company's broker for Humana insurance. I explained in detail the situation to both Humana and our broker. They explained Fabulous Dentistry is an in network doctor and my daughters procedure was going to be covered according to my policy. This only leads me to believe greed won over maintaining loyal patients. I ended up finding a great orthodontist for my daughter and she's getting the treatment she deserves. My advice to any new patients and current patients, research your options, ask questions and take the time to get a second opinion.

Fabulous Dentistry is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. They make you feel comfortable and they go above and beyond to make your appt as pleasant as possible. They gave me sunglasses to dim the brightness of the lights and ear plugs so I would not hear the drilling. Jenny was so kind and I would not go to any other dentist in Houston!

After finally getting dental insurance, I went to two different dentists and basically got a sales pitch where they wanted to do everything and charge patients thousands of dollars. My family recommended I see Dr. Garcia. Her staff is very courteous, and Dr. Garcia is such a fantastic dentist. I went to her to get my teeth back to a healthy state and fix cosmetic things. She was very thorough and educated me on how she will be taking care of me. After my procedure, she personally called to check on me, and the follow-up visits have been great. You can truly see that she is passionate about her practice and goes above and beyond for her patients, and I'm very grateful to her.
