James P. Fabozzi has been practicing family dentistry in the same Chino Hills location for forty years. He received his undergraduate education from the University of California, Irvine as a member of the 1972 graduating class. He graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1976 and is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry the Tri-County Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. As an experienced Chino dentist, Dr. Fabozzi prides himself on staying current with technology and keeping up with the advances in dentistry, which has kept dentistry an exciting field for him throughout his career. He is aware of the ever changing needs of his patients and works together with them to achieve the outcome they desire, whether it be simply addressing dental pain, or giving them a whole new smile. He has lived in Southern California his entire life and currently resides with his wife, Terry, in Riverside.
Terry Fabozzi is the glue that keeps the practice together. She has been the office manager since 1992, when Fabozzi Dental first incorporated a computer system. Before that, she got her JD from Western State University in 1991, but decided she liked the patient interaction in the dental office better than the endless paper trails of the legal world. She and Dr have been married since 1970, and are celebrating their 46th anniversary this year! Her favorite activities revolve around being with her 3 kids and 6 grandkids.
Jenna Esquer has been working at Fabozzi Dental since 2002. She started in the office as a dental assistant while she was still in high school and never left! She has an AOS degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, but she truly enjoys her daily interaction with the patients here and plans to be a part of the Fabozzi family for years to come. She and her husband have 2 adorable children named Lyla and Nolan. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, date nights with friends and their kids, and going to Disneyland.
Sandy Sloggett, DA, started working at Fabozzi Dental in June 2011. She grew up in southern California, but she spent most of her life in Tucson, Arizona before moving back to Rancho Cucamonga in early 2010 (she keeps telling us its humid here!). Sandy has been a dental assistant for 18 years and has 2 sons, Michael and Daniel and has one grandbaby.
Elizabeth McNelly, RDH, started with us in November 2010. She has been a wonderful addition to the practice. Liz graduated in 2010 from Riverside Community College and lives in Eastvale with her husband. She has 6 children: Jesse, Valerie, Jordan, Angela, Manuel and Raymond Jr. And, she now has two grandbabies.
Joann Neubauer, RDH, began working at Fabozzi Dental in 2006. She has been a hygienist since 2002 when she graduated from Loma Linda. Joann lives in Chino Hills with her two children, Braeden and Blake. The family enjoys yearly camping trips and anything that has to do with getting outdoors.
Emilio Godoy may be one of the newer members of our staff but you would never know it. He fits right in at Fabozzi Dental, perhaps because family is just as important to him as it is to the practice. The whole reason he works in dentistry is because he followed his sister who is a dental assistant.
We got to know him when he worked for our favorite orthodontist, Dr. Fernandes. He learned all about the front office from him. And, then, in 2015, we begged Dr. Fernandes to let him come work with us full time. (Not really, Dr. Tony is a friend, who was happy to see Emilios star rise!)
Not surprising when you consider he likely learned those fabulous traits from his lovely wife, Isabelle, and his beautiful little girl, Emily. Already he has a big future envisioned for her hoping she chooses medicine one day. (Who knows? Maybe one day shell join her dad and all of us here at Fabozzi Dental!
Emilio Started in dentistry upon completing high school following on his sister footsteps as a dental assistant. Emilios dental professional manner grew over the years and entered into the Fabozzi family thanks to our favorite orthodontist Dr. Fernandes while working in administration for him. In 2015, Emilio joined the practice full time. He is married and has a daughter Emily who he hopes that one day she follows him into this field of medicine.

Definitely the best dentist I've ever been to. Friendly vibes right when you walk in, great cleaning and care. Doctor was very gentle and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend coming here.

I've gone to Fabozzi Dental on four occasions now to repair chips and to fill cavities. In each case, my experience has been nothing short of extremely positive. I'm always taken back right at my appointment time and have never had to wait more than a few minutes before I see the doctor. Dr. Fabozzi is extremely kind, funny and works very efficiently. I have never been there for more than an hour and a half at a time. The staff are equally kind, personable and professional. I've had so many negative experiences with other local dentists, who poorly manage their schedules, overcharge, etc. Fabozzi Dental, on the other hand, are transparent with their procedures and their pricing. I highly recommend.

Everyone is so friendly and kind and they have listened to all my issues and been so careful with me! I am terrified of the dentist but they have made it a pleasant experience for me and worked with me every step of the way! I'm so glad I found them!

Been a patient here off & on for 35 yrs. Recently had a need to be a cash patient, no insurance and they made a point of performing the minimal amount services required to fix the problem. Very reasonably priced and absolutely zero stress about payment options. It was so convenient. The word "family" in the title has to do with family members working there but also because they treat their patients like family. This is the way businesses used to be run and God bless them for continuing on that way.

This place made me feel like home. The hygienist was very nice and kind to me, and Dr. Fabozzi was also very friendly. Dr. Fabozzi fixed my chipped front tooth and the result came out beautiful. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort through the procedure. I was very satisfied with my visit and I'll definitely recommend this place.

My family and I have been coming to Fabozzi Dental since I was child. Dr. Fabozzi and his team are the greatest sweetest people we've ever met. Every time I go to Fabozzi Dental they treat me like family. Can't say enough good things about them. You want a dental mill where they try to squeeze every last nickel out of you? If so, don't go here. Dr. Fabozzi and his staff go over all of your options in a no-pressure way that makes you feel as if you are in charge of your own care and decisions. They do not try to shove high cost, over-the-top care down your throat like many of the new practices out there. Tell 'em I sent you.

I am a dental chicken! I had a hard time with dentists until a neighbor recommended me to Dr. Fabozzi. He is a wonderful, kind, and patient dentist, just what a dental chicken like me needs. I love the family owned and operated dental office. Everyone is so kind. They take the time to know each patient and greet you by name. The office is always neat and clean. I have gone to Fabozzi Family Dentistry for over 25 years. Dr. Fabozzi is the best dentist. His dental assistants and dental hygienists are wonderful. Infact, he has the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
