Dr. Elliss history is deeply rooted in Pennsylvania. He grew up in Somerset, PA and attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown for undergrad where he majored in Biology. He then received his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1981. He started his own practice shortly after graduating and soon became partners with his father, Dr. Ellis, Sr., where they worked together to create a successful, family based practice that now has over 36 years of experience in the dental field. Dr. Ellis has been married for 35 years to his wife Linda and has two children, Derek and Lauren. He is an avid Pitt sports fan and enjoys spending his time golfing and skiing.

Dr. Martin is originally from Western New York and moved to York, Pennsylvania in 2004. He attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA for undergrad where he majored in Biology. After graduating from Bucknell in 2013, Dr. Martin attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine from 2013-2017 where he received his D.M.D. He is currently an associate at Dr. Elliss practice and has been working here since the beginning of July 2017. Dr. Martin strongly believes in the offices commitment to excellent patient care and dedication to improving oral health in a compassionate and caring atmosphere. In his free time he enjoys snowboarding, watching Pitt sports, traveling, and playing basketball.
