We were referred to Dr. Ford by a local dentist. So therefore we had to drive a little farther to see him. Understanding the pandemic crisis that the world is in, that extra precautions has to be put in place but kindness and consideration should always be part of a professional staffs protocol. We sat in the hot sun waiting for the receptionist( that I had to call her) to come out to get the paperwork from the car and then another 30 min wait. No consideration of the heat or time spent in the heat. I thought they would have at least allowed the patient to wait inside. With only one patient in the building that was not wearing a mask by the way.

I was referred to Dr. Ford for my root canal treatment from Starkville. It was my first ever root canal procedure, so obviously I was kinda nervous. But the doctor made the entire experience so smooth. It took two days (1-2 hours each day) to finish. The nurse lady was also very good and helping. Dr. Ford gave the numbing injection so good, that I did not even understood. He explained me the major steps. I will definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Ford is amazing. He really stands out on the quality of work and how he went out of his way to help me out. If not for him I'm not sure id had made it thru the weekend. Thank you again Dr. Ford.
