You wouldn't normally expect to enjoy getting your teeth cleaned. I didn't. But the technician who cleaned my teeth did a great job. She was congenial, professional, and thorough. I enjoyed chatting with her, when I was able to get a word out, which is difficult when someone is cleaning your teeth. Dr. Pylant is friendly and always asks about my family. He has a great staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pylant's for many years. He and his staff are the best. Dr. Pylant, along with my dentist, has done everything possible - and some impossible things - to help me keep my teeth and gums in the best condition, given some rather unique circumstances. Everyone there is friendly, caring, and I can't say enough good things about them all. I highly recommend Dr. Pylant and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Pylant and his staff are the best! I've been going to him around 30 years, and I am very pleased with the service I have received. Whether it's for gum surgery or routine cleaning, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Dr. Pylant works very closely with my dentist so if he sees a problem, my dentist will be aware of it on my next visit. I travel from Dahlonega to Athens for my appointments with Dr. Pylant. It doesn't matter where I live, I will still return to Dr. Pylant for excellent service

It is always a pleasure to visit all the staff at Dr. Pylant's office. Judith always listens to all your concerns and gives great advise on how to do anything extra with your home routines in correcting any problem areas noted. Everyone is so friendly and courteous and it's always a pleasure seeing Dr. Pylant. He has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and at ease on every visit. My routine dental cleaning with Dr Wendy Bramford revealed an issue requiring I see a periodontist. Dr F. Neal Pylant was recommended. I couldn't have been more impressed . Dr Pylant is so personable and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and came up with a great plan of care for me. He has surrounded himself with compassionate, competent professionals who go the extra mile to explain everything and help make the process as comfortable as possible. The financials were reviewed, printed and payment variants were discussed in easy to understand terms. After the procedure, which went extremely well (from my perspective) I received a Go Bag with very thoughtful items for my recovery. Kudos to Regan and CRNA Dana . Thank you Dr Pylant for the follow up call you personally made. That was the cherry on top! I cannot say enough about my exceptional experience with Dr Pylant's practice.

I have been going to Dr. Pylant for many years now for my periodontal needs. Him and his staff are the greatest when it comes to customer service. They are very professional yet "down to Earth" with their patients. I usually go after work (a full day of dealing with students with special needs). I always get asked in a sincere way how I am doing. They make me feel welcomed and I never leave without a "good laugh" with one of the staff members. My wife needed to be seen by a periodontist. We scheduled an appointment, and had to wait nearly two months for her to be seen. We live an hour away, and drove all the way to the office, then called to inform them of our arrival - only be told that because my wife had been around a crowd of 10 or more people, that she would not be allowed to be seen. Doctor's offices are allowed to set whatever restrictions they'd like - but it would seem like the least they could do is to inform the prospective patients of those policies prior to the office visit. Of further interest was the fact that the woman who denied my wife's visit was coughing while on the phone.

Dr Pylant refused to treat me when I challenged him for charging too much for his services. I found a top notch, professional place in Atlanta who treated me for a fraction of the cost and did not blow up the issue i was really having so that they could charge more. You can fool some of the people.

~Great doctor ...Great attitude ...A painless procedure. They treat you so well here ...Everyone from the front desk people to the nurses are so nice and they take up a lot of time with you. The results of the operation were astonishing. Worth every penny ......Free drinks too :)!

My daughter had gum surgery with Dr Pylant and we could not have been more pleased. He and his staff were all so nice and accommodating. Hannah who assisted him during the surgery explained everything both before and after the procedure and we were made to feel very at ease. The chocolate milk shake on the way out was the cherry on the top! We "shopped" periodontists before making this choice, and we were so glad that we decided on this team!
