Dr. Hearne did two bone grafts and extractions on me and did a wonderful job. the office was clean and the staff is awesome! Would recommend.

This Doctor has expired medication and only wants to steal your money. DO NOT GO HERE! The front office receptionist is also the assistant. RIDICULOUS. Dirty office and the guy in the front has no clue what he's doing when you talk to him about insurance. Talks poorly about other doctors in front of patients! not a sterile field at all. I am dissapointed.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. made me pay in advance, didn't offer the service we paid for. Had 2 "assistants" one was also a front office clerk. Held my wife down for a tooth execration after we were told she would be put to sleep. Literally had to inject her with another shot AFTER the procedure bc she was in so much pain. Absolutely the worst. Called the office for something stronger than ibproufen and was told she would call something into cvs, she never did and stopped answering the phone. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Trying to get a refund for the sedation that we didn't receive and of course nobody answers the phones. I guess the front desk guy is back in the rooms helping lol absolutely ridiculous. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! It needs to be shut down. Worst experience ever.

Wonder doctor and staff! They saved me from a bad painful infection,they were super sensitive toward me and reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend coming here for exceptional care

This doctor is a ROCKSTAR!!!! She came into the office just to rescue me...such an awesome doctor. She even speaks Autism which is what I have, she talks me through every procedure!!!

Dr. Jennifer Hearne's expertise and personal attention exceeded my expectations. She took time to explain the procedure in detail and set a realistic treatment plan. I would highly recommend her work and professionalism.

Hearne does not follow through or stand behind her work. She did a NON cosmetic 5-minute Botox procedure for my TMJ which she validated was a good treatment and would offer me some relief of pain, from clenching my jaw at night causing tension headaches, etc. I took her 'expert' advise even though it cost me $400 out of pocket. She said Botox takes a couple days to kick in, but at two weeks I followed up with her and said my bite and jaw where still super tight and I was in the same pain. I should have read all the red flags better: her rescheduling, being over an hour late to the office for appointment, scattered and detached energy, taking a walk in before me, cancelling follow up appointment. I've had enough! Doctors like this treat, or in this case try to treat, the symptom, not the patient or offer any professional curtesy of following up on their work (successful or not), and unfortunately TMJ is a grey area for insurance coverage and what doctor says goes (even over billing), so no financial relief. Hearne is no fool, she knew once she injected me, she got my money regardless.... I'm not even sure she used Botox or water. I have no idea if she really knew the places to inject it in or not, as there was zero relief to my discomfort. Hearne may be soft spoken, but she is not very professional when dealing with being questioned "why", "how can we remedy, the situation" "If nothing, can I have a refund to apply it to something that will?" Instead she got loud, rude and wanted to blow me off with excuses, by saying, "it's not my fault it didn't work", "you metabolized it too quickly", "take ibuprofen", "try this other [$2k] treatment"... with another unpredictable outcome. I would not recommend Hearne for TMJ treatment or any other out of pocket treatment. Go to a more experienced, professional and reputable doctor to insure your outcome and financial interest.

Run away from this individual. I was referred by someone in my dentist's office because the dentist felt I needed to see an oral surgeon and have work completed to remove molar under general anesthesia. This person made me pay up front and never gave me anesthesia or finished the work. She only gave me injection of lidocane then said she could not help me and suggested I go to a hospital. The individual who does her billing was a cold beast of a woman. Please go elsewhere. Her phone seems disconnected. Check her background. Dont believe what she tells you.

Professional and serene environment. Dr. Hearne exceeded my expectations with her through and knowledgeable consultation. She has gentle hands and I was very comfortable when I was being injected. I refer all of my clients and my friends to her! Try her you will not be disappointed!
