This place is amazing. I was a little nervous coming in but the Dr does everything he can to make you feel at ease and to make sure you feel a minimum amount of pain or discomfort. Going forward this is the only dentist I will be coming to. Willing to work with you on prices. More importantly they make you feel like they really care and look at you as more then a paycheck. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

I usually don't spend time writing these but I can't thank Dr. Patlut enough for helping me with an emergency tooth extraction on Saturday, December 26th. THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. I called 10 different offices he was the only one that took me. Even my own dentist was unavailable. I was in so much pain and he assured me that I'd be taken care of. He calmed me down because I was super anxious. The procedure was completely painless as I was fully numb. He cleaned out my infection after pulling the tooth and stitched it up no problem. I felt he was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I feel very lucky for finding him & highly recommend him. His wife even checked on me when I got home and the next day to make sure I was okay.

Dr Leo, is amazing! He always makes sure you're comfortable and pain free before he starts any procedure. He has repaired a couple of my teeth that I thought wasn't repairable. You have to make appointments which is no different then any other offices. I highly recommend EZ Dental.

I had an appt for 12:30 for a cleaning. I show up and the place is closed. I call and the dentists wife, who is very hard to understand, picks up. I said im outside for an appt and she looks at my name and says "oh yea we forgot can you come next week" The place is really sleezy. They did not think to call me to tell me that they need to change appt time.

The place is horrible. They were closed on the day of my appt and I called and they said that it was a miscommunication. The lady is really hard to understand and acts as if she doesn't care at all.

Tried to schedule an appointment with them. Experienced communication with the person at the front desk as so difficult and unfriendly that I eventually ended the conversation and decided to go elsewhere.

Whoever is handling the front desk and answers the calls is plain RUDE. I never want to judge an establishment based on 1 person, but she has definitely swayed me away from going here. Difficult to understand and talks in a very unprofessional manner. It's as if she doesn't want anyone to go here! After 6 minutes of struggling to communicate with her, I decided to hang up and look for a different place.

I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I got a 10 am appointment because I work night shift and the earlier I got that done, the earlier I get to sleep. I show up on time, wait for 20 minutes outside. The office is closed. I called, front desk says they're on their way in 15 minutes. I call back at 11:50, they're around the corner. No one uttered sorry to me. Front desk lady (Irene) very difficult to understand because of her accent and general cluelessness. The dentist is setting up to clean my teeth, doorbell rings, Irene is not around, dentist has to leave me to go to open the door to collect mail. Office is cramped and ancient. Dentist polished my teeth, told me to rinse and to come back in 6 months. Didn't spray wash my teeth (something that every cleaning should include). Will never go back. The five star reviews have no description and I'm sure they are fake. One is a person with the same name as the dentist. Conflict of interest anyone?
