Dr. Alexi Eyvazi has been in the field of medical dentistry for over 20 years. His undergraduate studies were conducted at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he earned a baccalaureate in Physiological Science. In 2005, Dr. Eyvazi, graduated from University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry.
His passion for his field of study, as well as patient care has shown time and again through his continued dedication to volunteerism and using his expertise to provide care for under-served patients locally, as well as internationally. His passion and dedication spurs him to seek continuing educational opportunities in order to improve his skills, and to keep abreast of new developments in the exciting field of dentistry.
Dr. Eyvazi is an active member of several dental and medical organizations including the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), the San Fernando Valley Dental Society, the Armenian American Medical Society, and the Glendale Academy of Dentists.
With a sympathetic ear, Dr. Eyvazi prides on being a good listener for patients and their concerns, and strives to provide the most conservative and cost effective treatment in a family-friendly atmosphere.

I have been here 3 times in total and each and every time everyone there is professional friendly. The office is clean, good parking and I would recommend Eyvazi Dental to anyone looking for a good dental office

This place has been hands down amazing to me! Becky treats everyone with such great hospitality and makes everyone feel very welcomed. The doctor is just as great, I want to say one thing I love is that he is a perfectionist and does any job you need hands down great! I've been coming here for a few years now and I can't thank them enough for the fantastic work they have done.

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr. Eyvazi and it was an amazing experience. I am in the dental field, had already seen his excellent work on others prior to meeting him, and was not surprised by the high quality treatment that I got. He is very light handed, caring, knowledgeable and especially ethical. Also, he is detail oriented and a true artist as well! Staff is very nice and courteous.

Had a very wonderful experience calling and making an appointment over the phone. The lady was very nice and patient with me. She also took good care of me when I got there. She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Would definitely highly recommend and will be getting all my dentist work here

I called to make an appointment because my daughter and I are assigned to the dentist they put me on hold but I can hear the lady speaking to someone then she got back on the phone and she's going to tell me that they will not except us because they are not taking my insurance by April 1, 2022. I called to schedule an appointment on Monday March 21,2022 . I still I'll had a whole 10 days plus they should have excepted us being that my insurance was effective on March 15,2022 to there dentist.

Great place, clean, friendly, and helpful. I haven't done to a dentist in a while and the dentist was very through and gentle with my sensitivity to pain. Honestly became my go to dentist. 100% recommend.

The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. I called today to try to make an appointment. She doesn't speak good English and is very rude. Back to my experience. When I went there they had an old X-ray machine. It hurt! I didn't even complain but then the lady told me if it hurts too much you can go get X-rays from another dentist or you can just go to another dentist . I couldn't believe she spoke to me that way. The dentist is extremely nice. But the lady I'm front office is rude. Now I know why they're aren't busy.

Love my dentist he's very nice and tells you what's he's gonna do before he starts doing your teeth's. All love always. What else can I say, about this two nice and wonderful lady's they always greet you so well. Thanks to each of you .

I went in for a dental bone graft and Dr. Eyvazi was gentle with the procedure and thorough with after-care instructions, I am so so so pleasantly surprised by it all. Haven't been to the dentist in 10 years because my last experience was scary, thank you guys for making it easy!
