Dr. Huang received her DDS from West China University of Medical Sciences, the first and leading dental school in China founded in 1910 (formerly West China Union University, Sichuan Medical College, now Sichuan University). As one of the top students in her class, she was honored to stay on in the affiliated University Dental Hospital where she practiced dentistry and taught dental anatomy. After several yearsof clinical experience, Dr. Huang
earned a full scholarship to study at the Prince Philip Dental Hospital of the University of Hong Kong where she earned her PhD. Upon graduation, Dr. Huang was offered a post-doctorate position at the Medical College of Georgia where she focused on dentistry at the molecular level. With her extensive experience in both clinic and research, Dr Huang's love for dentistry led her back to serving patients. In turn, she was accepted by the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where she earned a DMD. Dr. Huang is the first woman in her family to attend college.
Dr. Huang's fourteen years of higher education in dentistry in China and the US brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge to our community. She has earned a total of three dental degrees (DDS, PHD and DMD). In addition to over ten years of clinical experience in China as a dentist, Dr. Huang has almost fifteenyears of experience practicing dentistry in the US. Her expertise includes cosmetic dentistry, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, extractions, implants, dental laser treatment, invisalign and braces as well as general dental care. Dr. Huang constantly advances her knowledge through continuing education in technology and dentistry, and to date has earned multiple certificates in dental implants, invisalign, sleep apnea, oral sedation, dental laser treatment andcosmetic dentistry. She is also a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, advancing the Vision of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Huangbrings remarkable expertise and skill to our area where patients are provided with attentive, considerate and professional care.
Dr. Huang is gentle, dedicated and patient. She enjoys cooking, reading, playing bridgeand solving computer problems. During her spare time, she and her husband, Matt, like traveling, good food, concerts, sporting events and museums. Her son graduated fromthe University of Pennsylvania and now is working in San Francisco.

I visited Dr. Huang at the Glenmoore office. Dr. Huang was awesome to work with. She was very caring, knowledgeable and all about putting the patient at ease. Throughout the procedure, she asked if I was ok, if I felt any pain or discomfort. At one point I did feel some pain, she instantly stopped working to ensure I was given more numbing meds. Can't thank her and her staff enough. Highly recommend her and her staff.

I have sensitive teeth and being new there, was worried about the teeth cleaning and scraping. The dental hygienist was gentle, thorough and informative. The front help was very knowledgeable about our dental coverage. The doc is both friendly and skilled, showing me areas on my x-rays and explaining things patiently. They also take our dental coverage. I highly recommend them!

For years, I had a fear of going to the dentist. I didn't go for 10 years because of my anxiety. About 6 years ago I went to a male dentist; prior to my visit I was really open about my fears and anxiety. On multiple occasions he made me feel uncomfortable and scolded me for not seeking dental care for so long. I didn't go back to him or see another dentist for 4 years. When I finally found Dr. Huang, I decided to take a chance. I let the office know about my fears and about the incidents that occurred with the male dentist. I was met with the warmest welcome and reassurance that I was in good hands. I've had to go through some painful procedure and even with all of that, I always left the office smiling and in positive spirits. If you are looking for an amazing dentist, Dr. Huang and Susie are the best! Also the front desk staff are amazing too!!

Because of the Covid, I put off seeing the dentist as long as possible. I was so worried. I neednt have been. Precautions were in place, and everything was as spotless, clean and bright as ever. I live over an hour away, and I consider the trip well worth it. I am 66 years old, and have never been to a finer practice.

Dr. Huang is the best dentist ever. She is very welcoming and very intelligent. She is always willing to listen to your concerns and find a way to make the situation better. We are always pleased with the level of care Dr. Huang provides. I am not happy about the $12 mandatory PPE fee. It's time to stop using COVID as an excuse to charge more money. We'll be back when that changes. Thanks!!
