im very scared of dentist but at exquisite they make you feel so at ease that its not a problem they are great there they are one of the best around and anyone who needs a dentist go there. this place is so outstanding everyone has such compassion they are so very the best around

I have been coming here since I was a child, Dr Phelan and his team have always taken excellent care of me and made sure I feel comfortable during my appointments. I highly recommend coming here for your dental needs.

I enjoyed meeting my hygienist. Her work was thorough but gentle.I apologize for forgetting her name. On the other hand I have insurance but maintained a co-pay of $161. Which questions what do you charge the insurance co.? I hadn't been for a cleaning in 2 years due to cost. $217 I didn't have insurance at that time. I had called about a? of a senior rate . I was told I would receive a call back but never did.

I have been seeing Dr. Phelan for quite a while. He is really professional and has a terrific staff working for him. I have also been treated by his son who is also very professional. I have confidence at each appointment that I will be getting the best treatment possible and would recommend this organization to anyone.

Would definitely recommend this office! They are very professional & Dr. Phelan, his son Tyler & all of the hygienist & receptionist are great & U feel comfortable as soon as U walk in the door. So glad I found them & will not be going anywhere else! A+++++++

A recommendation from my family dentist brought me to Exquisite Smiles for a family member who has multiple dental issues. Father and son team of James & Tyler performed an evaluation and formulated a couple of plans for us to consider. The office and tech staff are all knowledgeable, considerate, pleasant and friendly. We were given cost and co-pay breakdowns. Chose a plan and started 10 days later. So thankful for the recommendation.

Yesterday was my 3rd visit. The last two times I was here was for a cleaning. My dental hygienist Alisha was amazing. She was very thorough and gentle. I have sensitive teeth and gums and for the first time in a long time I had a pain free dental cleaning experience. I also got to meet Dr. Tyler Phelan who came in to examine my teeth after the cleaning and was very straightforward on what I needed done. He only suggested dental work I needed, which I greatly appreciated. I love the honesty. I've had some bad dental experiences at other offices where I came home crying thinking that if I didn't get what they suggested, I would be in dentures tomorrow. This was 20 years ago. I went to another dentist and learned that I didn't need all this dental work. They were trying to make money for dental work I didn't need. "You don't need to worry about that at Exquisite Smiles!" The dentist will address what needs immediate work and give you some honest suggestions. My 3rd visit was yesterday and I got to meet Dr. James Phelan. I don't love the dentist or love going to the dentist but I can say I love this dentist! I was experiencing some discomfort and they were able to see me right away. Dr. Phelan was very meticulous and thorough. He wasn't scary. He was very down to earth. Stephanie, the assistant, was very kind too. She made the visit "relaxing" for a lack of a better expression. I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I think who I met yesterday was Stephanie. Oh the receptionists at the front desk are all very welcoming too. I love the overall energy of this dental office. They are there to genuinely help you. I hope my future visits continues to be this positive and I do understand we all have bad days too. Anyway I love this place so much I got my whole family to come here as well. P.S. My name is pronounced "Van" in Vietnamese. Like "Fun," but with a "V." 7-14-2022 Updated Review. I'm not sure how to write a separate review so I'm adding it to this already long one. I came back for a deep cleaning and this time, Ashley, was my dental hygienist. She was also very gentle and thorough. Ashley walked me through everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable as possible. It was another great dental experience. 7-15-2022 I'm writing this review here on behalf of my son and daughter who recently came in for a cleaning with Alisha and Ashley. Both kids were impressed. They said, "This place is a W!" That's a "win," and that's coming from two anxious kid. They like Dr. Tyler too who came to greet them in the waiting room. We are glad and thankful we found this place.

I have been going to this dentist for several years, Dr Phelan is the kindest, most caring dentist I have ever been too. His staff is always friendly, and always warmly welcomes you when you arrive.
