I really appreciated the clean, attractive office space, the ease of getting an appointment, and the efficiency in getting the x-rays and cleaning done, with no discomfort or unnecessary steps. Above all, I especially loved Dr. Reid's skill and bedside manner. She made observations no other dentist had; she was gentle and friendly; and she explained everything she did to me and also to the dental tech. It's meaningful to see a medical provider interacting with the staff in an educational, supportive way--I got the sense that she really cares about dentistry. I'll definitely be back!

Dr. Reid is definitely 5 stars. I have lived in many places and therefore have had many dentists over the years, but Dr. Reid is my favorite. Friendly, attentive to your comfort, and never over-prescribes. Always looks for the simplest solution that's in the best interest of the patient. Highly recommend!

It was my first time at Exquisite Dental Care today, and I have to say I found my new dentist! Dr Reid was kind, knowledgeable, and very clear about her recommendations for my dental care. The staff was also very kind and respectful. Their customer service was great. I highly recommend Exquisite Dental Care.

Nice people, not very careful. My cleaning with Dr. Reid was going great until I felt a sharp pain and saw lots of blood coming from one side of my mouth. A week later my gum became infected! Dr. Reid tried to blame my dental hygiene, which is ridiculous because I have never had any cavities and take good care of my teeth. I am convinced she cut me and gave me this infection. Proceed with caution!

I love everything about Exquisite Dental. I came here after a different dentist office said that I needed 5 root canals and were more focused on that instead of the immediate pain I was having at the time.( I assume the root canals are the $$ makers for them ) Dr. Reid was recommended to me as a second opinion. She walked me through the entire process and the 6 quickly turned to 1 and a potential root canal. She also immediately addressed the current pain and put me on an activity plan to for the 1 root canal. With a visit to a specialist for the potential RC I found out that I did not need in the end. Dr. Reid truly cares about your mouth and the service from the front desk to the chair is top tier.

I have always found Dr. Reid and the Exquisite Dental Care staff to be very professional in both providing dental treatments and services and with helping to navigate the many dental insurance requirements. Their office environment is welcoming. The location is very accessible and there is ample public parking.

This has been the most consistent and pleasurable practices in my dental history. I came to Dr. Reid post birth with major sensitivity and in need of consistency. She has 100 percent provided that and has accepted my husband as well as my son. Let's just say, we're going to be loyal to this practice. If you are in need of a practice where you feel comfortable, appreciated, and taken care of... well, this is the place for you. So switch over and enjoy their impeccable services!
