Justin K. Fox DDS Graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology/Pre-Dental at the University of Missouri Saint Louis in 2014. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2018, receiving Honors in Oral Surgery and Advanced Restorative Studies.
Dr. Fox was selected to receive the Senior Dental Student Award for Achievement and Excellence from the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, along with special recognition from the Student National Dental Association for his volunteer work in teaching younger dental students while working on his degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Fox obtained the role of Managing Clinical Director in a large corporate dental office before entering private practice.

Dr. Fox and his staff were awesome. Everyone was friendly and accommodating from beginning to end. I was getting a crown and it was by far the best experience I've had. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend giving them a call and make an appointment!

Dental procedures always make me anxious and the impending need of a root canal was definitely a source of agony for me. When I entered the office I was instantly greeted with a friendly staff. They even asked how I was feeling, which was nervous, and reassured me I was in good hands. I didn't feel like I was just another patient on the chart for the day, I felt like I was a valued customer. When I was taken back for my procedure Dr. Fox was so gentle and caring. He explained what he was doing during the procedure and kept asking me how I was doing and feeling at several points during his work. It was the best dental experience that I have ever had. No other dentist has ever made me feel as comfortable as Dr. Fox did. The cherry on top was that I left with no pain and had no pain hours later. A painless root canal... you'd think it doesn't exist!! Dr. Fox and his team are extraordinary at patient comfort and care. Highly recommend. 5 stars aren't enough for this dental group!

The hygienist Cathy is amazing, she is nice and explains everything that is going on. She even goes into detail to make sure I understand. She definitely makes her patients feel comfortable and acknowledged. Super sweet and great personality.

I have been seeing Dr. Moan for several years. He always takes good care of me and my family. He calls in the evenings after work is done to make sure that we are doing OK. Most doctors staff don't do that and certainly hardly any doctors I have been to. His staff is great and many of them have been with him for a long time.

Dr. Fox is my dentist and has been a pleasure to work with...I have been going to Expressions for many years...Dr. Fox and Dr. Moan are both very professional Dentists...and I would not go anywhere for any dental needs....I recently went to dentures and Dr. Fox has been truly understanding and so perfectly realizing what some of the problems are and have helped me to solve them...I would recommend Expression Dental Group to anyone....

I'm very nervous about going to the dentist. I have had quite a few bad experiences. Dr. Fox was fantastic! He was gentle and explained what he was doing during the appointment, which helped ease my fears a lot. I felt like my teeth were in good care. I would go back to Expressions in the future.

I tried Dr. Fox after firing my previous dentist for poor work and dishonesty in treatment options (avoid Dr. Akinwande in Chesterfield). I researched new dentists via reviews and chose Dr.Fox. I've only had one visit, but Dr. Fox's full team was very professional, nice, and efficient. Got my reworked tooth fixed quickly with transparency on cost, and initial outcome is good. Follow up call later that night was a nice touch. I hope to continue getting the great service I experienced as a new patient, and would recommend this practice to others based on the above. Thank you, Dr. Fox and team!

Expressions Dental has been my dental group for sometime and I enjoy every beautiful intellect in this place, but today was unique. I went into see Dr. Fox about some swelling and pain in my tooth and because he is a great listener he found an abscess in the very back part causing the swelling in the pain. He listened. It seems the doctors have all kinds these days are in a bit of a hurry but Dr. Fox was not. He was patient and did everything to try to resolve the issue and I am so please. If you want to go to a dentist with WONDERFUL listening skills, see Dr. Fox!! You won't be sorry. He comes HIGHLY recommended!

First time patient. I had a time restraint and could not get into my regular dentist. My wife, a patient here, got me an appt. rather quickly by explaining our situation and they found a time slot for me. I was hesitant to say the least. I was greeted with smiling faces, GREAT attitudes which mean the world to a patient, and a state of the art facility that does all but a little of the work on site. EVERYONE is so nice and concerned with your well being. I now have a new dental facility and 2 great doctors with an amazing staff. Thank you Expressions Dental Group, Dr. Moan and Dr. Fox and your wonderful staff! You have a new patient.

I just went to Expressions Dental for the first time and couldn't be more pleased! Everyone was professional and extremely pleasant. I got excellent help with my insurance and scheduling appointments. Highly recommend to anyone needing a new dentist for any reason!

I am so pleased with my recent visit to see Dr. Fox. It was necessary to remove a tooth and he did a wonderful job. Virtually painless. He is very pleasant and takes time to listen to your concerns. He's also very thorough which is important to me since I have serious health concerns. His dental assistant Haley is extremely competent and treats you like family. The office staff is the most pleasant of any office I've ever been in. I highly recommend Dr. Fox and Expressions Dental.
