I was truly dreading having a root canal. I had one several years ago, and it was not pretty. I went to Expert Endodontics with less than a positive attitude. To my surprise, I had an excellent experience. There was no pain after the surgery. The only pain pill I took was the one they gave me in their office. Whoever heard of a painless root canal?! I was very impressed with Dr. Kedy Shen. I'm writing this 26 hours after the surgery and still no pain. Great Clinic!

I was very nervous about this root canal because of past experiences. Dr. James and Kim did an amazing job and the procedure went so smooth and fast. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs. Everyone is so nice and professional but most importantly I didn't once feel any pain!!!

Thank you so much for your advice and care of my unfortunate condition. I was very impressed with my dental assistants concerns and recognition of anything that might make my procedure more comfortable. And it was. I literally had no pain when being anesthetized or during the work involved in removing previous posts and tips from my root and cleaning and reapplying new posts It was a long process, but for the work involved I was so happy my tooth was saved and infection stopped. So pleased with Dr James and happy that he is a part of this community

Great experience!! Highly recommend! I am very anxious whenever I go to a dentist. I usually require meds and nitrous to sit in the chair. I've been told by other dentists I have "extra wiring" in my mouth so I rarely get entirely numb. Dr James explained the anatomy and was able to get me completely numb. I had a root canal with just headphones! Kim was awesome! So reassuring and fun to talk with.

Dr Kedy was very pleasant, positive, personable, very knowledgeable, skillful, and efficient. Made me feel relaxed and confident in his surgical technique. Post op symptoms were very miner and minimal. I would give Dr Kedy an overall score of 20, on a 0-10 scale ( 10 being the high positive ) There is not the slightest doubt, I would definitely, highly recommend Dr Kedy to all needing Oral Surgery.

This is a very professional office. Jen the receptionist was very help answering all my questions and concerns. I was impressed with all the precautions this office takes to protect from covid exposure. The assistant Libby was so helpful, kind and sweet. Dr. Chis James explained the procedures exceptionally well and explained each step as he went. Most of all the shots and the total procedure was pain-free. I too .... While I hope I never need their services again. I wound not hesitate to return. Jen even called me the next day to see how I was doing.They truly do care about you. They are the very BEST.

I had to get a root canal and I was so nervous, but Doctor James was amazing he was so gentle I didn't even feel the shots. Best experience ever if your afraid or nervous about the dentist he would be a great person to go to.

This was the best experience with a dentist that I have had in a long time. I had to have a root canal done and Dr. Shen and his assistant Tracy made sure I was in no pain. They also explained everything to me for after care also. THE BEST

As anxious as I was about having a root canal done, Dr. Shen and his assistant were amazing. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions, and I was pleasantly surprised by lack of pain as the anesthetic wore off. I wouldn't go anywhere else, if I needed another treatment!

I was an emergency referral and not previously familiar with the practice. I called Monday morning and was scheduled with Dr Shen early afternoon that same day. Every aspect of my root canal experience was exceptional. The Front Desk was friendly and efficient and the "hands on" Staff ( Dr Shen and Libby) were professional, comforting and competent. They identified the problem using state of the art equipment and treated it promptly. While I hope to not need their services again, if I do have need for an Endodontist in the future, Expert Endodontics will be my first choice. Highly recommended.

Dr. James is awesome. He explained the entire process flawlessly and with expertise. I had a root canal done, and to be honest, it was quick and painless! Dr. James and his assistant are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The office is super clean and modern. If you are in need of endodontic treatment, please visit this practice. I was very anxious about having A root canal. Dr. Shen and his assistant were very reassuring and answered all my questions. When the time came for the procedure I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and easily it went. The local anesthetic was very effective and virtually painless while it was administered. While no one enjoys sitting in a dental chair for about two hours with their mouth open, there was no pain during the procedure I and very minimal discomfort once the anesthetic wore off.

Dr James and his staff were very professional and caring. I had a root canal done and he explain everything as he was going and his assistant was right on with him. I even enjoy his signing to the music.

I have a lot of fillings and some cracked teeth. My last few visits to a dentist were scary because the teeth that needed work were molars and required a shot to numb half my mouth. Twice I cried after getting these shots. Today Dr. James preformed a root canal on one of those molars. I didn't even FEEL the shot!! I can't even believe how amazing this root canal was! Dr. James and his assistant, Breka, took a lot of time to explain the procedure. They eased my anxiety and I never felt any pressure to do one thing or the other. They seemed much more interested in making sure that I was comfortable and knew what was happening then rushing to the next patient. At one point, since they took so much time with me today, I wondered how many patients they see a day because this did not feel like conveyor belt dentistry at all. Everyone I met at this clinic was very helpful and kind. This is my third root canal. Hours later, I am still in disbelief at how well my procedure went. I wish that I could adequately describe how awesome these guys are. These guys are literally the best! Trust me. This was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Dr. James and staff went out of their way to open the clinic early so that my son wouldn't have to suffer all weekend in pain. That kind of compassion is rare and thank you just doesn't cover it. What an amazing group of people
