My name is Jeremy Altdorfer. Moving to Boulder and starting Experience Dental has been a dream for as many years as I can remember. When I was young, my parents brought me to Colorado every summer and winter to hike and ski. I fell in love with Colorado and could not wait to call it home. I appreciate the environment and natural beauty in Colorado, which is one of the reasons Experience Dental pledges to plant a tree for each new patient of our practice. I want to do what I can to give back to this beautiful part of the world. Im so excited to be able to share my dream with you, and I look forward to meeting you in person soon.
Dr. Altdorfer is focused on providing you with an experience youll remember. During his years of training, he realized the importance of showing compassion, focusing on patient-centered attention, and helping patients feel welcome and appreciated. Dr. Altdorfer is committed to always operating Experience Dental efficiently, professionally, and with your best interest as a top priority. Outside of the office, he has many interests, including spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, skiing, oil painting, and white water rafting.
Dr. Adam Altdorfer grew up traveling the southeast seaboard of the United States while making frequent visits to Colorado for skiing, hiking, and for his passion for wildlife photography. When he is not helping our patients achieve the smile of their dreams, he enjoys doing yoga, cooking and hiking with his dog, Sasha.
Dr. Altdorfer received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ohio University. He also completed a general practice residency program at The Ohio State University to better serve patients with more complex treatment needs and to be able to offer intravenous moderate sedation to anxious individuals. Dr. Altdorfer aims to provide efficient, state of the art dental care to patients in a friendly, stress and pain free environment. He enjoys talking with his patients to help them understand their oral healthcare needs and make well informed decisions to reach their treatment goals. Dr. Altdorfer believes that with the right care and guidance, anyone can enjoy a healthy and beautiful smile.

I've had a few appointments here over the past few months and my experience has been great. Staff is friendly and communicative and Dr. Adam is as well. Highly recommended!

Best Dentist around and friendly staff ! They really listen to you and fix what's going on . It's a great place if you have anxiety. They are very caring! Always doing what is best for you. The office is clean and welcoming I can smile with confidence again !!!

Everyone in this practice is very friendly. Scheduling was easy and covid safety protocols are still in place. The office manager was very helpful with confirming benefits on mutliple procedures and showed me a lot of grace and patience as I sorted out an issue with my FSA payment. My dental technican was very gentle, kind, and efficient. My dentist was also very kind, thorough and efficient. One aspect of my care that I really appreciated was a more natural process, per my request. On top of that, the team fit me in to have my required treatments the same day. I also valued the no-pressure process. So many practices upsell to the point it's confusing as to which treatments you really need. This dentist does not upsell, is very reasonable, and I felt very clear on the treatments I needed today vs others I may need to consider in the future. While I don't have any anxious feelings about dental care, if I did, this would be my place. They have massage chairs and other relaxing spa aspects to ensure a peaceful experience. Most of all, though, the staff was very kind, experienced, and I had a 5-star dental experience.

Amazing place. It's basically a spa dentist. Massage chairs in the waiting room, then they dip your hands in wax and put gloves on you, and then they put an aromatherapy towel on your head. Super relaxing. Also an incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Great informative staff! Rebecca got me in and going efficiently.I felt so relaxed and at ease either the care Dr Altdorfer and Cabrini took with my care. The massage chair was great!

As someone who is constantly moving from state to state, getting dental work done is a hassle. I needed a tooth pulled and Dr. Adam was able to provide care quickly and professionally. He was happy to discuss cost effective options for my care within my budget. I could not recommend them more! Thank you Dr Adam and the reception team for helping me get dental care that fits my crazy life!

I've tried a few dentists around town (because of insurance changes I had to switch more than once), and this is the best one I've been to. Awesome massage chairs in the waiting room, friendly staff, nice space, and a super pro, honest, gentle dentist. Not too crazy about the music though.

SUPER friendly staff, the most accommodating dental office I've ever attended--they care a lot about their patients being comfortable and make sure that genderqueer/trans/gnc people feel safe. The dentist obviously has an immense passion for dentistry and is top in his field.

Best dentist's office I've ever been to! I'm someone with a lot of dental anxiety that has avoided finding a dentist since I moved to Boulder 4 years ago, but I wish I had gone to this place right away. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was so calming. I was able to get an appointment super quickly and they took the time to explain everything to me while still being efficient!

Oof what a relief!! I came to Experience Dental for a second opinion after being told by another dentist I need a really invasive treatment that was super shocking and scary. I am so thankful I found Experience Dental as it turns out, I didn't need such an invasive procedure. I came to this cleaning pretty nervous and they were all so understanding and nice. From the receptionist, to the assistant, to the dentist. All very gentle and sweet. I also love how the waiting room feels like you are at a spa. They do a really great job in making their clients feel as comfortable as possible. I feel I have found my long term dentist!!

Rosario, Adam and the rest of the team are so nice! Make you feel like a friend when you come in. The atmosphere has lots of nature scenes and is so soothing too. Definitely recommend!

Wow!! What a great experience from start to finish!! If you're looking for a new dentist... don't look any further! From massage chairs in the waiting room, to hot scented towels and paraffin hand wax treatments while getting dental treatment done! Best dental spa experience ever!! I recently moved to Colorado and was looking for a new dentist. Experience Dental was recommended to me by my neighbor and I couldn't be happier! I got a new patient appointment within a week and Dr Adam and his whole staff were so nice and helpful! Dr Adam was super gentle and did a very thorough exam. Now I can't wait to go to the dentist!! Thanks to everyone at Experience Dental!!!

This dentist is a butcher. Me and my husband came to him because of his deal for free teeth whitening with your exam. At our first visit he told us we had some cavities to fill. Our teeth were perfectly fine with zero pain when we went in to see him for a routine exam. He Filled a couple cavities for me and for my husband we were very worried after the dental assistant seemed like she had no clue what she was doing and even admitted that she was "new to this system of filling teeth, Although she has been doing at 28 years" she clearly did not know what she was doing and was struggling just to do some simple feelings. She then told us we could go after the dentist checked her work the dentist never even bothered to come in and check her work. We both left in excruciating pain called the dentist A couple days later and he told us to come back in for a check up. He told me that my pain might be because I need a root canal in a tooth that was 100% fine before he touched it and filled it. Fast forward to a month later it's Friday afternoon and I am in excruciating pain from the tooth that it's just getting worse and worse that the dentist supposedly fixed I've been calling all weekend there after hours emergency number leaving messages and no one has got back to me please do not go to this negligent dentist he is 100% messing up peoples teeth so he can create work for himself. My husband had perfectly good teeth and now cannot even bite down to chew on the filling that the doctor did for him. If it was just me having issues after the filling I would've given it the benefit of the doubt but my husband too?! now that I am in excruciating pain and obviously need surgery to fix whatever the dentist did to me, And my husband also cannot properly eat now because of whatever the dentist did to him only time will tell if he will need surgery also.... I wish I would've read these reviews online before we went to him. Big big mistake sounds like he is doing this with many other people do not go to this butcher of a Dentist. I plan on reporting him wherever I can to the proper agencies this dentist needs a couple malpractice suits on him and should be shut down!!
