Our pediatric dentists have trained for an additional two years beyond dental school to understand the unique needs of infants and children as well as those with special needs. It is this training as well as our years of experience that allows us to better understand children and provide them with quality dental care in a caring and compassionate manner.

Dr. Natalie is originally from New Jersey, and received her undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College as part of an accelerated program. She attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating at the top of her class. She then did her post-doctoral pediatric dental residency at Yale / New Haven Hospital.

A native of New Hampshire, Dr. Wendell attended UNH before completing his dental school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. From there, he went on to specialize in pediatric dentistry at Boston Childrens Hospital / Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Filocoma completed her undergraduate studies at Fordham University in New York. After completing her undergraduate degree, she attended SUNY at Stony Brook, School of Dental Medicine, on Long Island, before specializing in pediatric dentistry at Boston Childrens Hospital and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

In fact, Dr. Filocoma and Dr. Wendell both trained together during their post-doctoral pediatric dental residency at Harvard and Childrens Hospital. They have been partners in their Portsmouth office since 1996.

Dr. Ashley is originally from Sagamore, MA and went to college at Georgetown in Washington, DC. She then went to the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, after which she spent two years in Alaska doing an Advanced General Dentistry Residency. She then decided Pediatric Dentistry was the way to go and attended the University of Oregon to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry. She lives on the Seacoast and given her Alaskan background, can naturally be found outside doing pretty much any activity.

We always have a great visit with the ladies of Exeter Pediatric Dentistry. Was able to add my 3rd daughter to next spring's appointments for my other two smoothly and they squeezed in sealing my oldest daughters molars right after her cleaning today so we didn't have to come back for a second appointment. Our girls love coming to the dentist here!

We have had a great experience with Dr. Natalie and the staff at Exeter Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Natalie is friendly, caring, and approachable with both kids and parents. She does a good job explaining our kids dental needs in a way that is easy for us to understand. One of our kids in particular has a lot of anxiety related to dental procedures and she has always been very sensitive to and patient with him. Similarly, the office staff and hygienists have always been caring and helpful.

Very impressed with the staff here. Very fun environment for the kids. The pediatric dentist was very patient with my squirmy 7 yr old. She even provided movement breaks for him. We so appreciate our fun visits at Exeter Pediatric Dentistry.

I have four daughters, 6, 4, 2, and 3 months. Our first dentist, although great for my wife and I, left something to be desired for our 4 year old, although exeter pediatric has the absolutely required dental fish tank, they actually have so much more. From their care, to their knowledge, and kindness when taking care of her dental needs makes every visit a pleasure. The open chair concept that allows her and her sister to be worked on together within sight of each other is fantastic. Allowing dad to hold her hand doesn't hurt. The dentists and hygienists bedside (chairside) manner is the gold standard, they talk to their little patients rather than over or down to them. To end, if you are unsure about what care for your children's dental needs would be best, look no further you found the best care anywhere.

Fantastic experience. Honestly could not have asked for anything better after a terrible situation with a previous dentist. My daughter(7) absolutely loves the staff and dr Natalie. We have officially changed her to our dentist. Thank you for the wonderful care and compassion you all showed. Dr Natalie was 100% made to work with children. Fantastic.

Everyone at Exeter Pediatric Dentistry is wonderful but I needed to come on here to share how tremendous dental hygienist Cindy is. What a treasure for us in the treatment of our two year old. Cindy is creative and thorough. I am grateful for her patience and humor when our little one is less than enthusiastic about her cleaning. I hope we can always have Cindy as a member of her treatment team. She is a gem.

We recently switched over to this office on the recommendation of a friend. Very knowledgeable and patient with our son who is a busy little guy. Very positive experience for all. He is looking forward to going back which says a great deal! Thank you.

Came for second opinion and couldn't be happier. Immediately put at ease, all my questions answered, and my daughter was very comfortable. Staff and dentist were great. Will be returning for treatment.

We were looking for a new dentist for our children and heard that Dr. Natalie and the staff there were very good - it is absolutely true! It was a great experience from beginning to end and our two children could not have been happier. They are right in downtown Exeter, close to Las Olas, so we stopped there for lunch. Great day, great experience!

Exeter Pediatric Dentistry is now affiliated with Portsmouth Pediatric Dentistry, where we have been getting top notch care for the past 18 years. The new office in Exeter is fantastic! I love Dr. Natalie, Dr. Deb, and Dr. Ashely. The rest of the staff is fantastic and friendly too. Wonderful atmosphere and great care.
