Front desk was very rude, doc refused to do service. I was rushed and constantly interrupted and not allowed to ask questions because he was in a rush to see another patient he gave me 3 options but didn't give me a recommendation and only gave me 10 minutes to decide a life changing choice. Receptionist told me to not call back with questions and they decided they were done with me.Didn't even offer a refund for the consult after they changed their mind and refused to "risk thier practice" based on my financial situation even after confirming with them I had the cash in hand for the procedure. strongly reccomend you get referred to a more friendly and caring practice with nicer staff. Front desk was rude to me over the phone before I even set foot in the office and was so annoyed by my question of "what are the odds this root canal will fail" it was enough for them to change their mind and refuse to see me. Worst experience with a doctor and staff I've ever experienced steer clear.

It was my first root canal and it went way better than I ever expected. Great service in a safe environment, I highly recommend this practice!
