I had to have my wisdom tooth extracted went very well not a lot of pain. The dentist was very gentle and I'll definitely come back if I ever need any other teeth, pulled or any other oral surgeries.

They were great ... The receptionist was friendly we waited a bit but Im glad we did.. oral surgeon was patient thorough and answered all questions me and my daughter had... Procedure was quick and relatively painless it's 45 mins away from me but I would do it all over again if I had too

I would highly recommend Dr. Biron. Not only did the staff get me in within days of the referral, everyone was very kind. My appointment did not feel rushed and Dr. Biron was genuine. He listened, was knowledgeable and he was not dismissive of any questions or concerns I had.

In attempting to make an appointment I was told I must get a referral from my dentist. Told her, I just moved here from Florida. I explained that a general dentist does not do what I had done and does not normally have the ability or experience for this procedure. I only wanted a consultation to discuss with the oral surgeon this procedure called "All on 4", a complete replacement of the teeth, both upper and lower arches. The receptionist told me they would need my entire dental file from Florida in order for any dentist to talk with me. I explained I only wanted to talk about this procedure as I was looking for an oral surgeon dentist that has done this type of procedure and to make sure I was comfortable with this dentist. So why would I have my Florida dentist be put through all this work sending my entire file, if this staff and dentist was unable to handle my case. The final response from the front desk this individual said "with no referral from a local dentist and not getting your records from Florida, I will not make an appointment, this is protocol she said". I can not rate the entire office because of this one individual. I went there because of previous reviews from other patients I read

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Snow and the wonderful staff at Exeter Oral Surgery. Everyone was extremely kind and patient with my daughter and understanding of her needs. The staff was able to help her feel comfortable and followed her lead, as someone with severe anxiety. They went one step at a time and took care not to overwhelm her, encouraging her and looking out for her overall well-being throughout the entire process! The caring and kindness that we received from the entire staff was amazing! I cannot thank the team enough for the successful procedure.

Very kind staff, the nurses were very conversational which I liked. I was about 15 minutes late but they were super sweet and understanding. The doctor was also very kind, explained what would happen if I didn't get the surgery, and didn't make me feel dumb. I truly had a nice experience.

Dr. Biron is an outstanding oral surgeon who recently did a dental implant on me. Implant process went very well with little soreness afterwards. Called me the evening after my surgery to make sure everything was ok. Whole staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Biron.

The staff is knowledgeable and sincere, the experience calming, the office pristine, and I feel so very fortunate to have been under their care.

Went here to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. I was nervous going into it as I have never had any type of surgery before, but after the surgery I was surprised with how smooth it went. No problems no bad pain just mild discomfort and the healing process went well after following all the well written instructions provided after surgery. Highly recommend !

Super clean, cute and friendly office. Dr. snow and his assistant were super personable, made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. The Exeter team is professional, friendly and helpful. They even followed up the morning after with suggestions for post care. Highly recommend!

Absolutely an amazing experience. I had a lot of issues with my own dentist because of fillings going infected and needing root canals. This was the third filling that went bad and needed a root canal. Well unfortunately the root canal turned into a terrible pain that was extreamly intense I couldnt focus on any homework for college. I forgot to call on the open office hours from the prior week of getting the root canal done, so I had to wait until morning on Monday. as soon as I called they said they are able to get me in an hour from now, and get the tooth extracted. The doctor was really layed back and knew I was quite exhausted and in alot of distres over this pain. I was explained the best and worst outcome and was relaxed to know I can get it really taken care of. I took a time watch and it only took 10 minutes from numbing to pulling the tooth. It was not bad at all and instantly removed all of my pain and discomfort I had. The staff were really nice and had a really good relaxed time being there even though they knew I just wasn't doing well they still made it comfortable. Thanks!!

Dr Snow and his staff are wonderful. This was our first time coming to his practice. My daughter recently had her impacted wisdom teeth removed. Dr Snow instantly made her feel relaxed. He explained everything to my daughter and to me. The day of the procedure, I was also impressed that he took his time to explain each part of the sedation process and what she would feel like. Of special note, I was pleasantly surprised when Dr Snow came back in to speak to us prior to discharge. This had not been the case in our past 3 visits at other practices. It is a big deal for anyone and especially for teens. I am grateful that I chose Dr Snow. It was extremely important to me that I chose a great surgeon, but I am equally impressed with his professionalism and kindness for his patients.
