Excellent experience! I reached out to Executive Dental Arts on a Saturday (not their normal hours) but still got a call back within an hour. It was easy to make an appointment and because of my insurance, everything was covered (dental cleaning, X-rays, goody bag, consult about dental implants). Dr. Spivak was a lot of fun and I appreciated the classic rock music! My teeth looked great afterwards. Now my friends are all annoyed because I won't shut up about my dentist and keep trying to refer them!! Anyways, believe the google reviews... this is a great place!

The dentist really knows what he is doing and makes you feel very relaxed during the whole process by taking his time and making sure you understand what he is doing.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr.Spivak and Debbie! His craftsmanship speaks for itself. It needs no introduction. They are professional, yet personable and really care about my health and happiness. Any fears of being in a dentist office quickly dissipated with just one visit. They are extremely accommodating with appointments and availability, especially in emergency cases. Dr.Spivak's quick deductions of my oral problems, easy explanation about my treatment plan and the actual dental work itself was of the highest order. Great chair side manner. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed having Dr. Spivak as a dentist for a few years (until my insurance changed, sadly). He and Debbie (dental hygienist) were always efficient and friendly, and I appreciated that I could reach Dr. Spivak by e-mail with quick questions. Dr. Spivak also doesn't overcharge or try to upsell on treatments. I have receded gums that don't bother me, and have had 4 dentists look at them over the past 10 years. Two out of 4 dentists have tried to upsell me on gum surgery (not covered by insurance, by the way), insisting that I was in dire need. Not Dr. Spivak. He let me know what steps I could take to avoid them receding further, and advised that gum surgery wouldn't be necessary in my case. So, even now that I have to go to another dentist, thank you Dr. Spivak and Executive Dental Arts.

Dr Vadim Spivak is a very professional as well as charming dentist. Debbie, his assistant, is also professional and friendly. The doctor does not try to "upsell" you with extras. I drive the extra miles from Tysons to get extra service.......

Dr. Spivak is a doctor who will never nickel and dime you. He does only procedures that is really needed. I had a possible root canal issue and after seeing results from a root canal specialist dr. Spivak suggested to me to choose a conservative approach and not extract a tooth. I know for sure that other doctor would suggest to proceed with tooth extraction, implant and whole set of procedures

I have been with Dr. Spivak for almost three years now. A few implants and crowns done with utmost competence and in a uniquely personable style. I have had my share with dentists in different countries due to my job none of them impressed me as did Dr. Spivak. He gives you the best advise. Now I have a smile that I like and that gives confidence in myself. And for that I am thankful to Dr. Spivak. And by the way he has a great selection rock music. F. ARIF.

I'm happy I was able to find Dr. Spivak after going through several other dentists for a wide range of procedures. I appreciate the cleanliness and efficiency of Executive Dental Arts. Dr. Spivak and Deb are hilarious and really make your visit painless. The office is conveniently located off of Rockville Pike and there are plenty of free parking spots in front of the office. Couple of things that make this place exceptional is the fact that Dr. Spivak answers his patients' emails directly and promptly. The hours are different but Dr. Spivak works with you. I also like the fact that Dr. Spivak explains and shows you what he's doing so you don't feel ripped off. Keep up the excellent service Dr. Spivak and Deb!!

Dr. Spivak brings great professionalism and expertise in his practice. His office is spotless and both him and his assistant Debbie are very friendly. All my cleanings have been thorough and efficient. In addition, Dr. Spivak is always giving great advice on dental hygiene technique and best practices so that major dental procedures can be avoided. I highly recommend Executive Dental Arts for your personal dentistry needs!

Dr. Spivak was able to see me within two weeks notice. When I arrived he and his staff were professional and funny at the same time. He did a great job cleaning my teeth. I will definitely be returning.

Dr. Spivak is without a doubt is an outstanding dentist and the best dentist I have had in my entire life. He is a caring doctor who cares for his patients, he is smart, knowledgeable and with an amazing touch. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and make sure the patient understand everything. Besides the normal checkups and routine cleaning, the Doctor has performed two filling and he has done an absolutely great job. During the entire, process, I did not feel any pain or discomfort. The Doctor's assistant Debbie is another outstanding person in that office who cares for the patients. Their office is very clean and the level of hygiene is absolutely outstanding. I selected Dr. Spivak based on his other patient's review comments and I now can attest to their accuracy. That is why I decided to write my own review to help others like me selecting a good dentist for themselves and their family.

DR. Spivak is really awesome!! Excellent customer service and a very caring dentist. My crown cracked (from my teeth grinding), I emailed him and asked to see him immediately and he took his lunch hour to see me at no charge. He also replaced my crown without charge. I cant ask for a better dentist. He is very responsive when I call or email him to schedule dental appointments. I highly recommend him!!
