Had a root canal done yesterday. I'll be the first to admit, I'm a big baby when it comes to dentist. Dr Bachstein was amazing, I felt nothing (well just the needles at first to get numb. Just taking 3 advil afterwards, NO pain whatsoever. Very pleased with how everything went. Staff was very nice as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bachstein for several years. He has performed several root canals, extractions, and implants for me. If I could rate him and his staff accurately, this review would be for 10 stars. He is incredibly skilled, empathetic, patient, and knowledgeable. I can honestly say that I have never experience any level of medical care that was on par with Exclusively Endodontics.

I just went for more 2nd root canal with Dr. Bachstein and I have to say he's truly one of the best; Professional, courteous, informative and prompt. Exclusively Endodontics has been nothing but good to me and I can't thank them enough!

I took my son here for 2 root canals and they were fabulous. They made him feel comfortable and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I've been to a lot of dentist but this is, by far, the best I've ever experienced. Everyone was super nice. From the front desk to the assistant and the doctor. I wish they could be my general dentist!!

The military sent me to get dental work done here before deploying out of the country. Not only were the staff rude, but Dr. Liss refused to fully numb me, asked me if I was "gonna cry", and also did BOTH of my root canals wrong. I had a follow up appointment and called to ask if they could update my paperwork in the military's system, they told me my next appointment was cancelled and HUNG UP ON ME. I had my Sergeant call back, and they hung up on her too. I have to get both my root canals fixed because these people were an absolute joke. I needed this dental work done and done correctly in order to deploy, and they purposefully withheld my paperwork. Absolute garbage.

I'm the owner of Love Your Smile Dental Center in Tabernacle on Rt 206. Dr Benedict Bachstein is without a question the most sincere, knowledgeable and skilled clinician I have worked with. He is dedicated to the profession and holds leadership roles with the local dental societies, he stays current on all of the latest dental literature, he has a very deep understanding of both his specialty (root canals) as well as general dentistry and implant dentistry. He has been a mentor and role model for me and I trust him fully to care for my patients. He also has a very kind demeanor to top it all off!

The receptionist that answers the phone is rude and insensitive. I called for a Saturday appointment at first opening. Upon answering I was put on hold for about 4 to 5 minutes. When the person finally answered I requested a same day appointment then explained I broke the crown on a tooth of a previous root canal. When removing the crown, pieces of pins and cement debris were present with a bad smell and taste. I informed the receptionist about my emergency, but she kept telling me they were booked with other emergencies and my issue could wait. Then she insisted on giving me an appointment 3 to 4 days later. The argument persisted because I felt she didn't comprehend my situation so I felt the need to further explain my dilemma. However, the RECEPTIONIST persevered, telling me my issue isn't an emergency.

Most incredible staff and doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I've had a ton of dental work, and Dr.Bachstein makes procedures painless, and makes me comfortable the entire time. He's the best in the business! The receptionists have always gotten me fast appointments, same day if needed, and are always pleasant and helpful. Love love love this place.
