Your dentist in Woodstock has over 33 years of experience restoring, improving, and perfecting smiles for people of all ages. He followed in his fathers footsteps practicing dentistry in the U.S. Air Force, which included a stint in Turkey.
He set the trend in our office for placing importance on education both for our team and patients. Dr. Eye has acquired a wealth of knowledge from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry and has since undergone countless hours of continued education.
During his 23 years of service to the U.S Air Force, Dr. Eye achieved the position of Colonel and held numerous leadership positions, such as Dental Clinic Commander at three locations: Medical Operations, Squadron Commander, and Deputy Hospital Commander.
Dr. Eye is a resident of the Shenandoah Valley and traces the Eye Family ancestry to 1774 near Franklin, West Virginia. His father was a prestigious dentist who later in life became an associate professor at the West Virginia University School of Dentistry. Clearly, dentistry runs in the family.
Since graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University, Dr. Eye II has been committed to continued education by undergoing training in a Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Rob participates in many hours of continued education to complete his Fellowship at the Academy of General Dentistry. He couples this advanced training with the latest technology to bring painless dentistry and breath-taking esthetic results.
Community is very important to our doctor. He takes great pleasure in helping others and improving their quality of life. He provided dental care to those in need on Mission of Mercy Projects on Virginia's remote Eastern Shore and in Southwest Virginia.
I love the atmosphere of Exceptional Smiles, it is very friendly and up beat. The decor and ambiance are soothing and relaxing. Dr. Eye is very competent and I trust his care. Above all, the office team is personable, always pleasant and they never cease being professional.
My family and I needed a new dentist, so we came to Exceptional Smiles, and the staff there are so nice. I know I needed to get some work done, which I'm embarrassed about, but Dr. Eye is very caring and understanding and explained to me everything I needed to know. We are so happy with our experience here and won't be going anywhere else. I definitely recommend coming here!
We love our home here in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Our practice has been a part of this landscape since 1935, and we are proud of it! Being a part of a community so rich in American history and filled with so much natural beauty is a continual delight.

Dr. Eye and all his staff are so wonderful! My husband and I both haven't been to a dentist in quite a few years and they made it very easy to be comfortable. I had to get 2 fillings after my first cleaning and they were easy and quick. Everyone at Exceptional Smiles Family Dentistry is great. Family owned and operated also is a plus to help support local businesses.

Took care of my teeth. Sometimes feel as if they're rushing to get patients done as quickly as possible. Took weeks to resolve a dispute with my bill, and tried to charge me extra for services even though all of my services are completely covered by my insurance. Will not likely be returning due to dishonesty and unprofessional behavior.

I have been coming to Dr. Eye and Exceptional Smiles for years. He is always on time and has the friendliest people who work for him. Dr. Eye encouraged me to fix my teeth after years of not going to the dentist. I can finally chew on my right side again without worrying I will break something. All his work is quality and has lasted a long time. Highly Recommend this Doctor and Office!!!

Was my 2nd visit after Dr.Eye sent be in august to have molars removed was nice and wanted to know I was doing and what he thought we should do next girls was nice to I wasn't nervous like I usually was in a dentist office glad I found him I am in good hands

Great experience from first phone call to visit! I had a terrible experience at my previous dentist and exceptional smiles was able to get me in right away. The biggest thing for me was that they were able to look and confirm I had cavaties and fill them in the same day! I have never had service like that at my previous dentist offices. Everything is clean and looks brand new. Definitely suggest going there if you are looking for a new dentist. Exceptional smiles will be my new dentist for normal cleanings.

Dr. Eye and his staff are excellent. Thorough, informative, and up front with all costs and procedures, I am very very pleased to have them take care of my dental needs. Office is pristine and inviting...a very comforting atmosphere provided for dental procedures. Highly recommend!

Dr. Eye and his staff are very kind and caring. Dr. Eye and his staff are friendly and care about my well-being. He does everything that he can to reduce the stress, pain, and anxiety that comes with dental visits. I had extensive work performed during the pandemic where Dr. Eye and his staff take every precaution to keep me safe.

I got scammed by this dentist. He said my silver fillings (Amalgam) were bad for my health (a myth) and convinced me to do crowns. Unfortunately, I believed him and open a credit card to pay for these crowns. Since then, I had many complications with these crowns and had to do a root canal on one of them. Please do not go to this dentist.

I have been a dental patient with Dr. Kenneth Eye, at Exceptional Smiles Family Dentistry, for over 3 years. Dr. Eye is a terrific Dentist who has the amazing ability of ensuring everyone's comfort while providing them exceptional dental care. The Staff at Exceptional Smiles are true professionals and work very well together as a part of Dr. Eye's team. As long as I live in the Valley Dr Eye will be my Dentist.
