As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide dental health care vs. disease care. Thats why we focus on thorough exams checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, were also concerned about your health. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves in providing the care you need to keep your smile healthy. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modern dental office can utilize to provide state-of-the-art dental care. Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.

Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. Our entire team is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Although dental implants dont require extensive care like other dental prostheses, proper care and maintenance are still crucial. Doing so not only prevents potential damage but also helps avoid complications, such as bleeding and infections. Read on to learn how to take care of your dental implants properly.

Cleaning your dental implants is similar to how you brush your natural teeth. So, its essential to brush your teeth at least twice a day or after every meal. But, there are certain measures you should add to your routine to ensure proper care is given to your implants.

One of them is switching to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Its best to use one with extra soft bristles since hard bristles may irritate the gums around the dental implant when you brush your teeth. Besides that, opting for a gentle, non-abrasive toothpaste is also ideal. Using this will prevent scratches or damage to your artificial teeth, which might cause oral discomfort.

Flossing helps remove food, bacteria, and plaque in between your teeth. So, despite being overlooked at times, flossing your teeth is crucial in maintaining proper oral hygiene. You can use regular floss or floss picks for your dental implants. Another option is water flossers, which are excellent for hard-to-reach areas, including implants placed further in your mouth.

I loved every single minute! I felt heard, I felt important, I felt cared for. And most importantly I didn't feel judged. I was very nice to them and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Every person there deserves the world and a basket of cookies!!! Bake them some cookies if you get a chance

Today's visit (8/4/22) was not very pleasant. I was kept waiting for an unacceptable amount of time. Then the drill in the room I was in was not working so I had to change rooms causing more of a wait. Once I finally got the full attention of the staff, Dr. Baecher was not happy with one of the filling replacements so he had to start over. At this point, I would have thought they would have avoided any other delays. Yet, another employee interrupted Dr. Baecher not once but twice during my procedure. I find all of this unacceptable. Then there were more delays while he took care of other patients. My opinion is if this dental group chooses to only have one dentist on duty, they should schedule appointments accordingly. I did not appreciate being left sitting while the doctor was attending to other patients. Then I was told I would be assisted & given water after I returned from the restroom. This never happened. My time is just as important as everyone elses. I will seriously consider finding a new dentist if these issues are not corrected asap.

The people there are AMAZING!!! I was a bit hesitant when Exceptional Dental took over, who likes change? But it was a great transition. Lindsey has been working with me since the very start and although she's moved to the front (in a new position) she still continues to greet me and make me feel more than welcomed. Jessie works the front desk and she will be sure to help you with literally ANYTHING concerning payment, scheduling and even helping me make sure my husband stays up to date with his appointments. If you had to choose a hygienist I would suggest Gigi! She is super sweet and takes great care of your teeth! I was so comfortable that I almost went to sleep! Fun fact: she wears her favorite pink bow on Mondays so if you ever forget who to ask for, ask for the one with the Monday Pink Bow! The Dentist at this office are phenomenal and I highly recommend them. I have been serviced by them all so far and I have no complaints. I do suggest that this company give raises to their staff or throw in some bonuses because it is WELL DESERVED! They work hard and they have truly made my husband and I feel like family!
