I love this place, Dr. Polan is absolutely amazing! I have been coming to this dentistry for over 30 years and still love coming to the dentist. Most people cringe at the thought of going to the dentist but seeing the hygienist Tina Is amazing. She cleans your teeth with such gentle care nothing ever hurts. Dr. Polan is amazing and has done work on my teeth. They look so natural because of his attention to detail that I love to smile everywhere I go. I'm always complimented on my smile and I have to thank the great team at Exceptional Dental for always taking care of me!

Dr. POLAN I believe is the best dentist on the north shore. His team is very caring. I am happy to have found a dentist you can reach on a personal number for emergencies.

Very much liked the new (to me) hygienist (Caren). And always good to see Dr. Polan - competent, helpful and interesting. Great help from Jen with difficulties we are experiencing with Dental Benefits Manager CIGNA. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

New patient here at this office. Great visit. Very friendly & helpful staff from day 1. My hygienist Tina did a great job & does a great job of making you feel comfortable. Impressed. Looking forward to my future visits (even though its going to the dentist).

I have been a patient of Dr. Polan's for many years now. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his practice. They are professional but warm and the practice is immaculate.

"Exceptional" is the appropriate word, Dr. Polan continues to be ahead of his time. His knowledge of new technologies and innovative approaches to problematic situations is second to none. Always studying, improving, and connecting with peers, Dr. Polan has created lasting healthy and beautiful smiles for many.. I have recommended several people to the Exceptional Dental team, all mentioned how pleased they were with the professionalism, innovation, and resourceful problem resolution process they experienced.

I recently became a patient at Exceptional Dental and am happy with the care I received in my first two visits (the second one for a crown procedure, and it went very smoothly). I felt that I was in good hands. Dr. Polan and his team are professional, attentive and welcoming.

Going to the dentist is not a pleasant time but Dr. Polan and his team knows how to make you feel comfortable. Everyone is friendly and understanding. They are compassionate and caring towards their patients. Highly recommended.

I just recently changed dentists and had my first deep cleaning appointment with Dr. Polan and staff. I felt I was cared for and that they understood my concerns. My cleaning by one of the hygienists was very comfortable and less irritating then most cleanings I've had. They made my experience there less stressful def. I would strongly recommend Dr. Polan's office if you want a more comfortable and less stressful time in the chair.
