Excellent Dentistry was established in 2006 by Dr. Yuliya Beckerman D.D.S. There are a total of 5 certified dentists and 7 dental assistants staffed in this modern, up to date dental practice. Excellent Dentistry houses 6 state of the art operators (dental chairs) in a calm and friendly environment.
Dr. Yuliya Beckerman graduated in 2000 from The University of Illinois College of Dentistry's D.D.S program. Dr. Beckerman currently owns, operates and practices general dentistry at Excellent Dentistry while displaying a special focus on dental aesthetics, dental implants and restoration, and braces with other orthodontic procedures. Dr. Beckerman can speak English and Russian fluently.
Dr. Vatcheva achieved her dental degree at Sofia University of Bulgaria in 1998. She then went on to re-establish her degree in the United States at Penn Dental Medicine in 2007. Dr. Vatcheva speaks Bulgarian in addition to English. Currently, Dr. Vatcheva practices general dentistry with a special focus on aesthetics, and received extensive education in orthodontics.
Dr. Sobolev graduated from Dental Faculty of Kharkov National Medical University in 1996, where she also completed her residency. She stayed at this facility and practiced general dentistry for a period of time. In 2007 she graduated from The University of Illinois College of Dentistry's International Dentist Degree Program. Dr. Sobolev practices general dentistry currently and displays a special interest in aesthetics and dental implants. Dr. Sobolev speaks many languages including English, Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian.
Dr. Alla Shtilman is a full time staff member at Excellent Dentistry. She has worked in different capacities at our office for nearly a decade while in school. Dr. Shtilman has worked at the front desk and as an assistant and has gotten to know our patients very well over the years. She graduated with a Bachelors in Biology from the University of Illinois in 2009 and from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 2013 at the top of her class. Dr. Shtilman practices all aspects of dentistry including: root canal therapy, complex extractions, cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. She has extensive training in cosmetic dentistry as well as dental implant placement and restoration. Dr. Shtilman is most passionate about Implant dentistry and is a member of the International Dental Implant Association awaiting her fellowship. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and their new baby.

Dr. Jon Beckerman is a very kind and thorough dentist. I had a lot of tartar on my my teeth when I arrived for my appointment, but they were sparkling clean when I left. He inquired about my comfort many times during my visit.

I agree under every single word with negative comments here. Terrible experience with my son , stay away from this place !!!Doctor Julia is a scammer, she cares nothing but money . Very rude and unprofessional. Very unpleasant experience..... No words to describe the feeling I and my kid had to go through....

Dr. N.Soboleva has a great bedside manner, she explained the condition and health of my teeth. She made recommendations to making my teeth healthier, she listen to my concerns and the problems I was currently experiencing. I left her office with a positive experience feeling at ease of how to proceed forward in making my teeth healthier. I would recommend Dr. N.Doboleva to family and friends. Dr. Soboleva and her staff are the best. Extremely sensitive to their patients' health concerns and work hard to ease any anxiety their patients may have. They made my and my moms dental check-up a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I have been coming to Excellent Dentristy for over 10 years now and the service is always great like the first time Lena is always ahead of the game, and Dr. Alla is just Amazing on what she does I have try another dentist closer to home but honestly the driving is just worth it as the whole staff works together to get you out with a big smile... Thanks Dr. Alla for being so AMAZING!!!

I was desperate for a new dentist and stumbled upon Excellent Dentistry. I was BLOWN AWAY by the clean lobby and extremely easy check-in process. All of the staff made me feel like they wanted the experience to be easy, since going to a new dentist can be nerve wracking. I met Julia and Jonathan the owners and they told me they would work with me and my insurance to make sure my final bill was as low as possible! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Alla Shtilman is always very professional and caring.The issues I had she handled it nicely. The staff working there are nice, especially the gentlewoman working at the front desk ( don't know her name ) She has an excellent customer service and caring attitude. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I am such a scared chicken when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Shtilman is a wonderful, caring, and gentle dentist. She is great with my daughter too. The staff is very friendly and sweet. We will never go to another dentist again!

Bad communication this is my second time that they are telling me one thing and next time I come they are telling me something else some times they are telling me that insurance will cover it and next time they are telling me that I have to pay out my pocket I just don't understand

Horrible, Terrible! I wish I could give zero stars. They are terrible people with horrible service. Lena in customer service is very rude and angry. She screamed and act like a child. Dr. Nadia is very rude and very unprofessional. She didn't want to talk to us about price. They told us price upfront and when we went for treatment they doubled it and doctor Nadia avoided talking to me. Shame on your service that you name yourself doctor. Terrible and horrible customer service. Can't be worst than this.

The staff here are so nice and very understanding what is your situation, they greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello tge minute you walk through the door. I like the way explaining what is your insurance coverage and what is not. But the one I don't like it , I paid something but nothing start what I need for:((
