We welcome new patients and provide care to all ages - from young children to mature adults, and especially those who may have some anxiety about dental visits. We will take our time to ensure we understand your goals, whether they be preventative care or the latest in cosmetic dentistry. It is our goal to provide you with the highest quality care in a pleasant environment.
Dr. Bruns enjoys making connections with her patients, providing quality care with compassion, and restoring smiles. She enjoys getting to know her patients personally and providing comprehensive care while easing patients fears, boosting confidence, and educating them on a lifetime of optimum oral health.
Dr. Bruns is an active member of the Missouri Dental Association, Greater St. Louis Dental Society, Delta Sigma Delta Society, and the American Dental Association. She has also received continuing education on molar root canals, surgical removal of wisdom teeth, Botox, Dermal Fillers and Invisalign.
Dr. Bruns is married to her high school sweetheart and had their first child together in January of 2020. During her free time, Dr. Bruns likes to spend time at home with her family, take her dog to the park or run outside, visit with family and friends, and travel.

I'll say it again, the best dental practice in St. Charles County! Kind, friendly, happy environment and all the staff is absolutely amazing! The dentist, staff, hygienist are all so friendly and explain what they are doing when they are cleaning your teeth. A true family experience. As always, I had a wonderful and safe experience getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienist always takes the time to explain my dental health and give me recommendations on how to improve it. Going to the dentist can cause anxiety but this team's operation will help reduce any anxiety you might have if you're committed to improving your dental health.

I sincerely appreciate Dr. Bruns and my hygienist Sally. They are caring, conscientious, and thorough. Sally makes sure she informs me about potential problem areas, she instructs me in techniques and she shares tips. Sally also makes notes of our discussions so there is continuity between visits. I believe they both truly care about my health. I'm very grateful for both of them.

As much as most people dread going to the Dentist, especially one that you have never been to before, my experience at Excellence In Dentistry was very good and beyond my expectations!! All of the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. My hygienist Sally was awesome. She explained everything and made me feel very comfortable as well as informed. Dr Bruns absolutely did not disappoint either. She was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions I had. The entire staff at Excellence in Dentistry were very welcoming and made me feel like a person, NOT just another patient. I highly recommend Excellence In Dentistry in St. Peter's and give them 5/5 Stars!

As soon as you walk into the office you're greeted by Donna. She's always there to help you with her beautiful smile on her face. She has taken her time to get my billing straightened when I didn't understand. She's a wonderful person who really cares about their patients. I really appreciate her.

I've received excellent care here but they have overbooked their capabilities. I tried to reschedule an appointment two weeks ahead of time and the first available appointment is 3 months out. Now looking for somewhere more reliable.

I love the great care that Sally and Dr. Bruns gave me. I have been experiencing soft tissue problems for a while now, and Sally was indeed very good at cleaning my teeth and explaining the issues I've had with soft tissue inside around my teeth and gums. The staff is so very helpful and Sally just does the best job of a thorough cleaning and explaining everything she does! Looking forward to my next visit!!
