Excel Dental is an excellent Dental Clinic. Even they are a little bit far from us, distance doesn't matter because they're the Best in all ways. The only Dental Clinic I trusted to give Dental Care to my daughter and now she's 19 years. Thanks to Excel Dental who cares, my daughter still cavity free.

I've always had great experiences at Excel Dental in Garland. The Front Desk staff and Dr's are nothing less than amazing! They all have great attitudes and always smiling.

Not recommended at all , service so bad with higher prices . They ask me for 1527$ for deep cleaning .

My appointment was at 11am, I didn't get seen and done til 1:20pm and all I was there for was a teeth cleaning . Service is really slow!

My first time going to the dentist in over a decade. This is the nicest dentist I've ever met! ((At other dentists I've gotten chastised, graded, and pressured to promise outloud that I'd floss - and here I got reassured and informed. I'm not scared to come back because I won't risk failing at a checkup or getting "in trouble" just by walking in the door.)) This dentist was so chill and reassuring... even though I had 4 cavities and thin enamel. He worked really hard to get everything as perfect as possible too - and explained everything to me gently and respectfully. Plus, They accept my version of Medicaid - for adults! No one else takes this (for adults) that I know of. I'm very surprised to get the best dentist experience of my life at a clinic that accepts Medicaid for an adult!

Worst dental assistants I've ever seen! Rude, unfriendly, rough with equipment! I will never go back. Plus the place felt old and dirty but this was right before Covid so hopefully they've had to clean better since, but I'll still never return. Dentist was nice but in a rush after his next patient arrived, so he hurried when I kept complaining the filling didn't feel right. So it still felt sharp for months until I naturally filed it down I guess.

I brought my kids, its been a while since they had been to a dentist. The phone call: the receptionist was nice, set me up a fast appointment. They took my dental insurance. Appointment date: clean office. Wait time was not long, I took longer filling out paperwork. The assistant Soledad and Jazmin were all nice and fast paced. The Doctor: Dr. Long, very thorough, nice informative and patient. Good bedside manner. Thank you to the whole team they deserve a more then a 5 star. Come visit you won't regret!

I hadn't been to the dentist in nearly 10 years and just felt too anxious to return after so long. The staff have been very kind and explained things throughly to me. I ended up having to get a root canal and then return for additional fillings. I felt more at ease going back and am glad that I finally got everything done. Nice clinic and very lovely people. Thank you!
