This place is not very good. I thought it would be very good. They seemed OK. They say they're short staffed, but there was 15 people standing up by the front desk yesterday and hanging up things on the walls. I asked for records they actually went to lunch and forgot about me so I wasted 45 minutes waiting for somebody to fill out paperwork and they went to lunch. I asked if they could email it to me they said yes took my email down. I never received anything called back today and they tell me that a certain person sends out the emails well why didn't the lady at the front desk tell me that and the reason is there under staff again when they had 15 people up at the front desk just standing around talking I don't know After one and you can stand around and talk I actually work for McDonald's and I understand the side where they're shortstaffed, but I would love to have 15 people just standing around talking I think the issue is there dis-organized because again I was forgot about in the lobby when everybody wants a lunch for 45 minutes

I went here a few years ago and was pleased. But now they don't even do root canals. As a person with medicaid I am limited on where I can go, and even more limited on how far I can go. I need a dentist. Not a professional tooth cleaner.

I have had the best care from these dentists and assistance then I ever had! They care about you as a patient and try to do the best they can for you and not rush to get things done! Dr Pai and his wife have helped me allot with my dentures and I have had nothing but bad luck before this and he just said I can fix this and He did!!! I am so happy with everyone!! So friendly and nice!! Thank you for everything. The assistance get allot of credit too and I don't leave there with out a little laugh and love!! I am so happy with my new dentures!!!!

Friendly staff but thats it. Choose another dentist. They are only busy because they take medicaid. Show up to an appt. and they have absolutely the worst waiting time every appt.They rescheule your appts at times making you wait even longer. Prepare for atleast 2 hours or longer. When busy they so fillings on seperate appts. making you come back again. Such a nightmare

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to in my life I am 6 months pregnant and I called and made appointment to have teeth pulled was cleared by obgyn and it's teeth she could of pulled and they wanna send off to oral surgeon instead of pulling teeth and taking pain away lazy and worst service ever yes I work and have medical card but shouldn't matter everyone should be treated the same

don't go here. don't bring your family here. you will get hung up on, you won't get helped, you will sit there waiting for God knows how long, you can't ask for a time frame they won't give it to you. i have seen people in and out of there appointments before even having my named called to go back after sitting in the waiting room for almost an hr

Dr. Pai is absolutely amazing. He's professional and willing to give you the best service without cutting corners. He made sure I got an appointment before he had to leave on a family emergency. Now that's dedication to his patients.

I called this place with a dental emergency, having never been here before since I just moved, they got me in THE next morning & shaved down the problem(literally). That was phenomenal. I was eternally grateful for that A couple weeks later I come in to get that same tooth extracted, operation went pretty standard except that in the beginning I could feel that the doctor was pinching the corner of my mouth against his untensil. This hurt, so i avoided it by shifting my lips a little, to prevent them being pinched. I assumed he had seen me do this & would avoid pinching the other side of my lips since they were numb to me but I guess he didn't..? I have already called them once to get a prescription for pain meds & don't wanna be a bother but I'm not even sure how to treat this. It's like a boil now on the corner of my lips that is inflamed & scabbing over & over, it hurts more than my extraction site at this point I'm terrified it's gonna scar cause it straight up looks like I have herpes right now .

NO STARS WOULD BE GIVEN IF ALLOWED... Went to see them at the start of Dec 21 they said I needed a deep clean which would require ins approval that could take a few weeks. Said if they do not cover it they recommend I pay for it out of pocket, which I'm good with cause I'm in a lot of pain. So I wait. Call back in end of Jan 22 with no answer of if its been approved they are still waiting for the INS I was told. Call in March. They say still waiting.. Called back a few days ago to be told it was sent off to the INS in March not Dec when I had my appointment like I was told. Not at the End of Jan like I was told.... Told the other day that is how this office works. They have people from home taking calls which does not give them the information needed to help with calls from clients. WORST OFFICE STAFF EVER!!!! Wont be back...

Wife went in for appt at 3, they told her they couldn't verify the insurance, did not call the actual insurance company after being given the card and then turned her away, I called my insurance company who then called the office and verified all was good. She then gets a call back from someone who doesn't even work at the front desk asking for insurance info to set up another appt. Then says they cannot get her back in until Friday because they are too incompetent to actually figure out an insurance billing. Ridiculous and obviously employees are not being trained, even after I did the legwork and my insurance company called and gave them all the policy info and faxed authorization.

Went in for what was supposed to be a simple filling. Had to go back twice to get it fixed, was not caring at all about it the second time around and it still is not fixed. I will be going somewhere else where they calmly listen to their patients and fix their issues.

Waited a hour over appointment time. X-ray done. More waiting, the lady Dr comes in checks your teeth for a minute, Than out the door. Useless. The only way to return is to dish out money that they break up into 4 different appointments, that's until they actually get to the real problem.

Dr. Agrawal was very efficient and did a phenomenal job. Highly reccomend this dentistry to everyone, they will have you out in no time! Don't bother looking anywhere else!
