Told me won't do fillings on front teeth. Doesn't do the kind of crowns Badgercare covers. Crowns are $1250, & they DON'T DO PAYMENT PLANS! So now i have to somehow find a different dentist before my canine breaks off the rest of the way and causes me severe pain, bc of a filling that pulled off flossing from the last dentist there that did a hack job on mine , & many others teeth

My first experience at this dental clinic and it was incredible! I called a little before 10 with a toothache. I've known for awhile that a molar needed to be extracted, but the Mfld clinic hasn't called me in a year, so... They had a cancellation and I was able to be seen at 11. After paperwork I was in the exam room by 1130. Got pain free x-rays and then the Dr came in. She gave the novacaine shots, not my favorite part, but after numbing it, she came back in and pulled that tooth out in seconds!! Seriously no pain, no grinding, no pushing or pulling. She runs a busy clinic, that's for sure... But everything went so smoothly. From the front desk receptionists to the very capable dental assistants to the dentist herself, this was the best dental experience I've had in a long time! Thank you so much! Impressive!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility! First of all, they accept almost every insurance-- both corporate & state-funded. They're an all-in-one facility! They do preventative/restorative care (sealants, crowns, bridges, fillings, cleanings, x-rays, etc.) Oral surgery (tooth extractions, root canals, etc.) They even do cosmetic work! (Veneers, implants, custom whitening treatments, etc) If you aren't covered by insurance or your insurance doesn't cover a certain service, they have GREAT payment plans! The ladies here are so quick, precise & friendly. They make sure you're comfortable. Each room here has its own TV & they let you pick a movie before your procedure/exam. I am so excited to come back for preventative care, removal of my silver fillings (for tooth color) & whitening treatments!

I went there about a year and a half ago. I waited in the waiting room for almost an hour. When I was taken back to be seen, they said since I was pregnant, they couldn't take x-rays. Yet, minutes later they said they were going to do x-rays, and did! After that, they told me that they did not have an hygienists on site to do my cleaning, and I would have to call their out-of-town location to set up an appointment at a later date. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

The worst most unprofessional dental office I ever dealt with! First it started by charging $150 for nitrous to pull a tooth (most I've ever paid anywhere but I have severe anxiety and needed it!) and was given approximately 2 mins in total and they actually stopped it before the procedure when you need it the most and restarted it so it was 100% no help whatsoever!!) I was hyperventilating and thought I was going to pass out while getting tooth pulled!! Worst experience I ever had at a dental office!! They didn't even use a numbing jell for the Novocain and that was terribly terribly painful!!! Yet anywhere else they would have at least had the nitro on me already for 15-20 mins b4 procedure to help with my anxiety. I was told to send something from a doctor stating I had anxiety and they would send that to insurance to refund my $150. I sent it twice and they claim they never received it. Then I didn't want to go back but getting into my regular dentist since Covid was almost impossible... but a tooth cracked and was cutting my mouth up terribly so I explained what was going on and needed something to cover that spot... I didn't care what it was. I knew they cud put something there as it happened one other time and regular dentist helped. Well I drove 80miles each way to get there and be told there was nothing they could do! Yet they needed to X-ray the tooth to charge my insurance when that had nothing to do with why I was there and they knew they weren't going to help me before I got there and wasted my entire day I could have went elsewhere to actually get help! Overall experience each time was terrible and would never suggest going there!! The actual dentist had a terrible bedside manner. Seems they're only in business to take X-rays and something seems off. Don't pay this place $150 for 2 mins of nitro... won't help any especially when they disrupt it after 1 minute!

Dentist was a complete joke. She wasn't comfortable doing a filling or pulling a tooth. She actually referred me to oral surgeon juSt to extract a tooth!! She then wouldn't answer my questions kept smiling and laughing at me and having the receptionist talk me because she either didn't understand what I was saying or just didn't feel like it. Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist!!!!!

Definitely will not be going back actually I'm thinking about contacting an attorney! When in with excruciating pain was told I need a root canal they don't do it I need to find somebody who does root canals...don't do referrals I should just let them pull the tooth out because it's faster. it's not their problem wouldn't even give me a doctor's note for the day to get off of work.. I was told to go to the emergency room for pain they don't help with that either was a total waste of time the dentist is very unprofessional.... She couldn't even tell me this matter of fact the dentist told me she was going to make the referral and that I could get the note for the day off then I was sent to the front desk for they told me no now I've got to drive to another county to go get the work done at from a referral from the emergency room here in at from a referral from the emergency room here in Wausau...

I had a wisdom tooth that erupted a few months ago, I was told by my primary dentist that they could not remove it, and that I needed to be seen by an oral surgeon. After being told numerous times that oral surgeons were booked until fall of 2023. I was referred over to Everyone's Family Dental by a friend. I was in an out, xrays, and tooth being removed in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, very efficient. Needless to say I will be switching dentist's.

This place is a joke. Can't fix a cavity. Can't pull a tooth. I was referred to an oral surgeon to have what was supposed to be only 3 teeth pulled. Come to find she put the entire upper right side on the referral!! This was never discussed with me. I will never go back to this place. What a pathetic excuse of a so called dentist.

Would be a great place if they actually talked to you about upcoming needs amd procedures and could answer questions without hanging up on you. Hate being treated like a 2nd grade neanderthal just because I do not hold a degree in this fashion. Customer service gets a 1 but actually work bdomg done is like a 4.

Like most people, going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do. But this office made the entire experience surprisingly enjoyable. From the friendly and helpful Receptionist, to the kind and compassionate Assistants, all the way to the sweet and knowledgeable Dentist. I thank all of you ladies very much and will be making this office my permanent dental care facility. I also have every intention of letting everyone i know about my positive experience with Everyone's Family Dental!

Amazing place! My kids absolutely love going to the dentist. Everyone there is so welcoming and kind. It's just a wonderful experience overall!
