DR.GRACE was vey nice and Pleasent very friendly staff and affordable and good work answers all my questions and concerns the office is also conveniently located in my neighborhood.

This is one of the only places that expects state insurance for disabled people. It just isn't right to give patients this kind of bellow standard of care. They let dental assistants do your cleanings without using instruments. This is against the law. You can not code out a cleaning and just polish teeth. The other major issue I have with this office is they make a appointment for the patient disablwd hard to get there only to call and cancel the next day and these new doctors call in sick every day or they have a hangover. Over the past 2 years they have canceled every single appointment. They state this is your doctor and you have to stay with your doctor but if my doctor calls in and reschedules me every time how can we see the doctor? I have watched many of their services just go the wrong way do to poor service and quality. Your trapped by insurance to stay here. If you have a normal plan or pay cash RUNNNNNN!

My daughter was afraid of the dentist after a horrific experience of being held down by a dentist that was rated 4.3. She had extreme anxiety and cried when she heard she had to go back for a check up. We decided to switch dentists at that point. Dr Patel and staff made her extremely comfortable and they were able to do a cleaning and exam with no issue! I would recommend!

My boyfriends daughter was afraid of the dentist after a scary experience at All Kids in Grayslake. She was held down by the dentist that was rated 4.3. He had no patience for children, so I am not sure why he practices pediatric dentistry. We switched to Dr Patel and she no longer dreads the dentist. Dr Patel and staff were extremely patient and made her comfortable. I would recommend!

I was forced to go here because they took my insurance but I'll never go again. The Dental assistant cleaned my teeth and did an AWFUL job! The "dentist" came and cut up my gums while he tried cleaning up the plaque around my teeth. I asked him general questions a dentist should know and he couldn't give me straight forward answers..despite having to pay out of pocket, I went to my normal dentist a week later and they told me my teeth still had a ton of tartar- I did not get a cleaning. I've got photos and statements from my normal dentist and I am going through my insurance so they do not pay for my visit to Family Dental.

I can't say I have ever been to a place of business where the team members in every aspect we're extremely friendly. Upon walking in to schedule an appointment the two ladies in the front were absolutely amazing friendly courteous I am a new mom-to-be and inquired if I can even be seen while being pregnant and the two ladies share their stories of their children congratulated me on mine we shared stories it was as if I were talking to new friends. An appointment day I walked in two other girls were in the front and they were super friendly polite very chipper personalities. When the gal came to walk me in back to get x-rayed she had another girl had a mini conversation they were both smiling and laughing and one girl apologized for that and I explained that it is so nice to see people enjoying the work that they do and being happy at work that I actually I'm happy that they are happy and it's radiating positive vibes throughout the office. The gal who helped me with the x-rays and with the doctor was incredible I can't believe I forgot her name she had long dark hair in a ponytail and glasses and we even shared stories of my pregnancy and her child it was wonderful absolutely wonderful. The doctor was great as well professional knew what he was doing. And then upon checkout the gal who checked me out was one of the sweetest girls they are all very polite and what an amazing atmosphere I 1000% recommend this place. I can definitely see why their business name is everyone's Family Dental. I am so glad my mother recommended this place. It's always butterflies in thr beginning, then have to wait 1-2 months for service, then appts cancelled twice by them, not informed until already missed work to drive there and back

Dr. Harini at Eeveryone's Family Dental is amazing. I am not one who likes the dentist but after seeing her I am no longer scared. She has the best bedside manner and is very gentle with you. She explaines everything she is going to do and makes sure you are comfortable with it all. I highly recommend you see Dr. Harini!!

I haven't seen a dentist in years and I had a lot of cavity's that needed to be filled. Dr Patel did an amazing job on my fillings and I didn't feel any pain! Thanks Dr Patel!

Saw Dr Patel the he first visit and he was great with my family! Friendly and works well with children. This visit we saw Dr Frank and he is absolutely great and so personable! They are both very understanding and willing to listen!

I don't want to gibve one star more like-minus 100 stars.For years I would come in and they would examine my teeth xray and set up appointment and do the same.over and overalways an excuse as why he was not fixing my teeth.He would put my head so far back (as if trying to make it the worst)he would say i seemed too nervious to proceed..Worst teeth cleanings too.just scrape a couple teeth and charge state for cleaning?So I went all the way to Dental Dreams in Rockford.That dentist was kind ,understanding,and calming.He fixed my teeth that first day.Well worth the hour drive.Hey just because we live below the poverty line with state insurance does not mean we need to be treated poorly.

Refused to see me because I have a bad infection in my gum and have had a fever for 5 days which antibiotics aren't helping. Was rude about it and offered no advice or options. Basically left me to my own devices to deal with a dental emergency.

This is a horrible place The dentist swore at me when I asked him to let my father come back due to a medical issue that I was promised that I would be able to have him come back even due to Covid and when I told him my dad wanted to talk to him and he told me he can't do that even after I signed the paper that they could release information to my father HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE

I came in after not seeing a Dentist for years, with a loose tooth. They had to extract the tooth. Everyone was great, I had no pain during or after the extraction. Post extraction care was completely explained to me. The next day I got a call from the Dentist asking how I was doing. I recommend this office completey!
