Best dentist I've ever been to. - Quickest, most painless filling I've had done (also on a wisdom tooth so already impressive). - Not overly aggressive with treatment trying to chase $$. We use to go to a dentist closer to a big city here in Northern IL that told my husband he needed 4 crowns that would cost ~$6k WITH insurance. Then came to Everyone's Family Dental and got a second opinion - no crowns needed at all at this time and actually got a compliment on how well he was taking care of his teeth! Highly recommend, it's a hidden gem.

I've had a ton of work done and this office has made it all go so smooth. I drive an hour from where I live to this office and it's worth it every single time. Everyone that works here is always so nice. I used to have a dental phobia before coming here but thanks to this office, I no longer do. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Everyone's family dental! Update #2 I had an appointment today and amanda was the sweetest. She turned on Grey's Anatomy for me to watch while I was in the chair. She made me laugh and made sure I was doing good while getting work done. Having good beside manner makes the visit even better. Of course, the dentist was great as usual. Thank you all at Everyone's family dental for making every visit amazing.

My first initial appointment went well. Very friendly staff doctor everyone there! Clean and cozy! I go again in a few weeks for an actual appointment for what I'm getting done! Very excited and grateful for this location and group of people.

Show up early for an appointment and you'll be waiting over 45 minutes in the waiting room. Would not recommend. Then they call in people who came in after you. Currently in the waiting room still and absolutely disgusted. Won't be coming back

This place is amazing. Everyone is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They always take excellent care of my husband and me. Whether we are scheduled for a routine appointment or an emergency, we receive the best care and attention. Thank you to EVERYONE at Everyone's Family Dental.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. The dentist never even acknowledged me when he came into the room. He spoke only to the hygienist and when he did come over to me he told me to open my mouth and he talked about every other tooth in my mouth other than the tooth that I came to have looked at. He wanted to do three or four other procedures than what I came there for. He basically wanted to run up my insurance and cost me more money than I needed to spend. This is a horrible horrible dentist office. Do not go there unless you want to spend thousands of dollars for nothing

AMAZING OFFICE! The staff is the kindest, gentlest, comforting, hard-working people ever! I had good interactions with everybody I saw during my appointment. I would recommend this office to any of my family/ or friends!! Thank you for all you did for my family, we can't wait to come back in 6 months. The DR was so understanding and listened to ALL of my concerns.

Would 100% recommend this office to anyone in search of a dentist! Every staff member that I interacted with had a smile on their face and was very knowledgeable about any concern brought to their attention. Dr. Shareef is by far the best dentist I have found, after visiting many offices and having bad experiences.The assistant who cleaned my daughters teeth was very thorough and gentle. Shoutout to all of these employees for making us comfortable!! Will definitely be coming back.

After my first visit, I would have given them (and I thought I had given them) 5 stars. They got me in quickly after I chipped a tooth in February, the dentist thought he could save the tooth, they scheduled me quickly for the crown in March. Then everything went downhill. They actually scheduled me for an extraction, so when I showed up, they weren't prepared for enough time to do the crown. I was rescheduled for a date in May. I had to reschedule, but by then, the dentist had quit, so it was rescheduled for late June with the hopes that there would be a cancellation because the authorization expired in July (3 months). They just called today to reschedule again because they are getting a new system and they have to be closed tomorrow. Now all of this is understandable, but when I explained to them that I would have to pay out of pocket bc this is a prior claim, she didn't even acknowledge that. She just asked what the new insurance is. I told her that it began July 1st, but it wouldn't cover this as it is a prior problem to the insurance beginning and I would have to pay out of pocket again, she didn't acknowledge the problem I was having, again, and just asked when I could afford it - I said probably August or September....and she gleefully stated that she could schedule me for August. I called back after some rumination bc this is disrespectful and unprofessional, and cancelled the appointment. When they offered to reschedule, I told them I would not be returning to their practice, to which the person on the phone responded, ok, well, I'll go ahead and get you cancelled. So unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I'll drive the two hours, one way, to go to my old dentist, who could, by the way, see me today if I could make it up there in time.
