-Front desk staff is incompetent- Last year, at my daughter's last check up they scheduled her next visit. I told them I preferred Mondays. They told me Sept 6 was available. A few days before that appointment they called and left a voicemail telling me that I had scheduled the appointment on Labor Day and they were closed. They did not offer to reschedule and implied that it was my fault they offered me an appointment on a day they were closed. Fast forward to today. I had an appointment for my daughter the week before Memorial Day. We showed up only to find a note on the door explaining they are closed until the Wednesday after the holiday for vacation. I didn't get a call or email. How does somebody schedule a patient on days when the office is closed? TWICE? I will never know because we won't be going back there.

Rude!! I showed up 15 minutes early and the said they were on lunch (sitting at the front eating) and gave me the very strong impresssion that I should go. So I ran into Walmart and wound up being about 15 minutes late (because everyone had to use the bathroom and we couldnt there)... the gal at the front desk was very snooty and said next time we would have to reschedule. Keeping in mind there were no other patients. Oh, and they actually rescheduled this appointment on us! Our first appointment was canceled just a few days prior because the dentist decided to go on vacation. Also a totally ridiculous online check in process, so what do the front desk people do anymore aside from threatening to wast your time?? I already found a new dentist while I'm waiting. The dental technicians all seem perfectly pleasant, sad their support staff does such a good job chasing away patients.

Reed is an amazing detailed hygienist. He makes the whole experience very comforting. He is very professional and explains everything in detail. Thank you Reed.

Was in a hurry when I went due to having other appointments, and although we were told that there was a 20 minute delay, the staff was very accommodating and was able to finish the cleaning, x-rays, and doctor's consult very quickly and in time for my appointments.

Brought my 6 year old here who was diagnosed with several cavities possibly pulpotomy's & even extraction worse case scenario. Dr. Choi stated he would ONLY do silver fillings even after requesting tooth colored fillings. Long story short, Dr. Choi is beyond rude, with no empathy or compassion. I took my child to another dentist who completed the fillings and saved his teeth AND used tooth colored fillings. I will never come to this office again & do NOT recommend. Only positive note about this office is that Bri & Johnathon are ALWAYS amazing!

Awesome staff and facility. Dentist took his time filling my son's cavity. He talked to him explaining each step during the entire procedure. Amazing all around service.

We always have the best experience when we come! Our kids love going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Ibarra and Hailey our assistant. We wouldn't take our kids anywhere else!

Dr. Choi is the best doctor I've had. He did my fillings super quick! Silvia and Jonathan in the front office are very helpful and checked me in fast. I loved all of their DA's they are very hard working and kid friendly. I will definitely recommend this office to everyone!!
