Doctor seems to be proficient and pleasant with patients. However, receptionist and the manager is rude and obnoxious! Into about two minutes of conversations, I was told by the manager " I have told you already!" about 3-4 times and then she said, "Go sit down and jot down your questions while you wait!" I am paying thousands of dollars for an implant and I can't even ask questions. I have been to several dentist and I chose this place only because they offer Saturday hours. I have never seen a rude receptionist like her. I lived in Dallas area for 25 years.

I came here for a tooth extraction, and i would never go back. I am one that is terrified of dentists and they did not comfort me, They kept tryingto force me to sign something to give them consent wthout hearing any of my issues ir just not caring. There was no anesthetia so Im literally in tears the whole time, Petrified and almost hyperventilating. Luckily i got through it, but I definitrly wouldnt wish this experience on anyone dealing with any phobias of the dentist.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!! They truly want your teeth to get better! I started coming here since 4 month ago and my teeth are so much better. Dr.Park taught me so much about my teeth and how I should take care of them. Unlike other places, they focus on patient's knowledge! Thank you so much for making my teeth bright again!!!

I highly recommend this dental clinic. Dr. Park always provides highest quality services also gives me options for treatment. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in details regarding current my dental condition and possible complications of treatment. The staffs are very kind and provide excellent customer services. They always follow up my dental care after treatment. I want to give them more than five stars.

Both of the dentists were very kind and honest with procedures; however, the young receptionist consistently giving us nasty attitudes drove us away. Not kind when answering calls, even worse in person. Will not go back.

This is the place to go if you're looking for a dental office! There are numerous other dental clinics nearby but I'm so glad I decided to check out Eversmile Dental. I was displeased with the other clinics I went to but I'm happy to have finally found a place. Dr. Jung was very professional and explained exactly what I needed. Overall, I am very satisfied with his work. They are very honest with the treatment plans and offer great affordable plans as well for no insurance patients.

Dishonest and deceiving dentist. I came here reading all these positive reviews and had NO doubts what so ever with this office! Everyone is super sweet and caring. I trusted him so I paid over a thousand dollars to fix my issues. After the treatment I was in pain (I never had this pain before) and had to go back to this office, and he charged me for that appointment when the manager booked me saying it will be a free of charge. After few months, I was still in pain and went to three different dentists, because I couldn't trust anybody at this point. After looking at the xrays, they were ALL wondering who is my dentist and he did such a unbelievable job with my teeth. One of them said if the dentist had a basic knowledge of how anatomy of oral structure works, he wouldn't have treated this way. I'm not a dentist or health professional, but they informed me this only can happen when he decides to do a procedure in a way it's easier and faster for him but that is causing a constant pain and permanent breakage of my teeth. And now I'm having to pay more money to fix this, taking my time off from work, and going through that painful procedure. I just wanted to let people know that he may be a good dentist for some, there is also a patient like me having to deal with serious health concerns after the treatment. Once you ruin your teeth, you can never restore it or make it grow again. I recommend current patients to get a second check up from other dentists.
