Dr. John Everly is a life-long resident of the Carmel area. He graduated from Carmel High School in 1989 and later attended Indiana University Bloomington, graduating with a B.S. in Biology. He went on to complete his DDS at Indiana University in 1997. After dental school, he served four years in the U.S. Army completing a one year advanced residency in General Dentistry during his service to the country. He joined the practice of his father and uncle in 2001.
Dr. Ralph Everly was born and raised in Indianapolis. He graduated from Broad Ripple High School and then went on to attend Indiana University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology. Dr. Everly then graduated from Indiana School of Dentistry in 1968. After dental school he spent two years in the Army Dental Corps and served one of those years in Vietnam as a dental officer.
Dr. Everly is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association and the Indianapolis District Dental Society. He has served on the Peer Review Committee of the Indianapolis District Dental Society and served several years on the Indiana Dental Association House of Delegates.
Lori is our Office Manger. She has been with Dr. Everly and Associates since 1994. Lori graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Dietetics and then went to Ivy Tech to become an expanded functions dental assistant. After many years as a dental assistant, Lori has moved into the Office Manager position. Lori also is certified in ZOOM in office whitening and Invisalign. In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with family, friends, baking, and working out.
Kirsten has been with Dr. Everly and Associates since 2012. She graduated from the I.U. School of Dentistry as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and now lives in Noblesville. In her free time Kirsten enjoys watching sports, being active outside, and spending time with family and friends.
Lois has been with Dr. Everly and Associates since 1995, and will be one of the first faces you meet. She is a lifelong Indianapolis area resident. Lois and her husband, Joe, have been married since 1994, and together have a total of five children and six grandchildren. In her free time, Lois is interested in cooking, traveling, reading, pets and being with her family.
Donna started working for Dr. Everly and Associates in 2006. Born in Cincinnati, OH, Donna moved to Indianapolis with her husband in 1984. She has two grown children, and in her spare time she enjoys watching sports, reading, and traveling.
Maureen, also known as 'Moe', has worked for Dr. Everly and Associates since 1985 as a Certified Dental Assistant and works in the front office. Maureen lives in Cicero with her husband, two daughters, a dog, two cats and a dwarf rabbit. Maureen 's hobbies include being an avid Colts fan, an animal lover, cooking, traveling, and reading. She also enjoys rooting for her daughter 's softball and golf teams.
Susan graduated with and Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1982 at the I.U. School of Dentistry in Indianapolis. She also received her B.S. in Health Services and Management from IUPUI. She has worked for Dr. Everly and Associates since 1993. In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. In addition to family time, she enjoys reading, swimming, bicycling, and sports - both as a spectator and a participant.
Lori graduated from the I.U. School of Dentistry in South Bend in 1982 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. She then went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Education. Lori has been with Dr. Everly and Associates since 1990. Lori resides in Fishers with her husband and two boys.
